The Angels of Emotional Healing

Beloved,



We inspire scientific understanding of emotions, so that those who have
been emotionally wounded by traumatic experiences may heal.



Wisdom and enlightenment, the understanding of the original purity of all
ideas in Divine Mind, or the original perfect blueprints of all desires, ideas,
feelings, and forms, is the virtue of letter A of 'Ampholion'.



We are guardians of magnetic energy, the emotions of man and animal.



Emotional magnetic energy, the energy of feeling, flowing, fluidity and
change, is the virtue of letter M of 'Ampholion'.





Just as water becomes pure and revivified by flowing, so do emotions when
they flow safely.



We teach how to reach sublime emotional states of the divine virtues, such
as Cosmic Love, Supreme Happiness, and omnipotent faith and courage through
accessing any emotional energy, even negative energy, and letting it process
naturally through flowing.



Whenever the emotional body of man or animal has been wounded, the
emotional pain is stored unconsciously as tension within the tissues of the

physical body, until such time as the feelings are triggered again and
are allowed to completely flow and express themselves in a safe and
non-destructive manner.



In the case of animals and people, gently massage muscles to release
tension. Wherever there is tightness and the muscles feel hard and tense, there
is stored emotional pain and fear. As you rub the muscles into relaxing, an
animal, and sometimes a person, will often act out the stored feelings by moans,
groans, sudden actions, crying, or growls. Comfort and soothe the animal or
person as it feels and releases these feelings, going slowly, taking plenty of
time and pausing often. Over time, work on the muscles bit by bit until all
tension is released and the muscles are soft and flexible. The animal or person
will seem like new!



This is the basis of Rolfing and other types of massage and body work.



As feelings surface, allow the feelings to flow deeply. Do not interrupt
the person or animal, because they are in a dreamlike trance state and deep
healing is coming from within.



In the case of a person doing release work, do not interrupt his or her
trance state by trying to offer advice or 'fixing' anything, no matter how well
intentioned or compelling. Interruptions break the magnetic flow of emotion as
it is processing naturally from within, and shift the person's attention from
their own inner process to you, the therapist.



"As above, so below."



Just as physical healing comes from within, emotional healing comes from
within. A therapist is there to facilitate a safe and uninterrupted process.



It is only through accepting and expressing and flowing in a safe and
loving environment that emotional energy heals and changes. It is important that
the deepest levels of old emotional wounding are accepted and over time allowed
to come into awareness and flow.



Generally, getting in touch with old emotional wounds is like peeling
layers of an onion; the newest traumas are most easily accessible and the oldest
traumatic memories, especially prenatal, birth, and earliest childhood pain, are
buried so deeply that they do not come into awareness in everyday states of
consciousness.





Paradigms of emotional therapy are shifting in this age of the Alpha and
the Omega, so that instead of being fearful or ashamed of witnessing and feeling
strong emotion, there is understanding and rejoicing when strong feelings are
shown.



All of life is the greatest drama, and each person the truest actor!



The key is to avoid the two extremes of dealing with emotional pain.



The first extreme is acting out negative feelings in a harmful or
destructive way, such as driving the car off the road or otherwise harming self,
or harming someone else or valuable physical objects. It is advisable to safely
scream into or hit a pillow, if this sort of emotion is wanting to be released.
Trees thrive from both negative and positive emotional energy, so standing near
a tree and releasing anquish, anger, fear, etc. into it is also a healthy way of
expressing emotion.



The second extreme to be avoided with emotional pain is denial,
suppression and dissociation. Bypassing negative emotions makes them go
underground again, as tension in body tissue, to be triggered again at some
future time for healing once again. This sort of body tension puts strain on
the immune system, and exerts an unconscious effect on actions and thoughts,
causing all sorts of trouble.



By denying, suppressing, medicating, and bypassing painful feelings, the
body becomes so full of pain and anger and frustration, that accidents,
self-sabotage, aging and sickness result. The negative feelings become so
overwhelming that emotional numbing results and positive, beautiful feelings are
suppressed along with the negative ones.





DENYING AWARENESS OF ANY EMOTIONAL ENERGY CUTS OFF AWARENESS TO ALL
EMOTIONAL ENERGY.





The key is to allow painful or angry feelings to flow in a safe
environment, remembering the original wounding event, and reliving it over and
over again in the imagination until all the painful feelings are felt.



During this process, the adult self will see and recognize things that the
originally wounded younger self did not at the time of trauma. Insights will
come to both selves about the why and the how of the original wounding event
that often allow compassion and forgiveness for self and others to occur.



For example, a young child being brutally beaten by a parent may feel both
shamed and hopeless to ever win the father's approval and love. Years later, in
remembering the beating event, the adult self as well as the child self will
'remember' that the father was under extreme financial duress at the time, and
that the beating happened under the influence of alcohol, or perhaps during a
time of marital strife. Both the child self and the adult self would realize
that, "It wasn't really me that he was mad at. It was his frustration with
money and with his job, and it was the drunkenness from alcolhol speaking
through him." At this point, much of the sense of personal shame and failure
from this aspect of the event is healed permanently.





As the Children of Light and Love realize the healing wisdom that wounded
emotions bring when they are allowed to process, all feelings will be welcomed
equally, with unconditional all encompassing love.





Emotional polarities are best understood as endpoints on the same
continuum, not separate realities. Entering an emotional continuum at any
point, even a negative one, is to gain entry to river of feeling that culminates
in the sea of Divine Bliss, at the positive end, for like water, all feelings
flow toward the Sea.



This is due to the virtue of the longing for spiritual perfection, which
exists in all of creation, in every desire, every idea, every feeling, and every
thing. This longing is the virtue of letter P of 'Ampholion'.



The image of lead turning into gold is true in the case of allowing
intense negative feelings to burn brightly and flow, allowing purification and
transformation.

The very strength of the negative emotional energy of the triggered early
childhood trauma determines its corresponding positive power to uplift the
seeker once it is allowed to completely run its course and be positively
transmuted.



This very same emotional energy , through healing, then becomes the gold
of the wonderful feelings of the Divine.





As earth becomes heaven, the Children of Light experience the fact that
by embracing painful feelings and letting them move, emote, these negative
feelings move along their continuums and transform into their positive feeling
expressions of the Divine Virtues.



We teach all to have faith and delight in the process of emotional
transformation.





The process of making space for the expression of all emotions can best be
done by

someone who is strongly grounded in a sense of positive self identity.





Supportively encouraging emotional release work takes a special kind of
self acceptance; those people who value acceptance of all their emotions and
seek growth through therapeutic expression are on a life path very different
than those who advocate politeness, harmony, and keeping the peace at all costs.



But, there is a "middle path" of emotional expression which respects the
truth in both viewpoints. It is possible to practice positive affirmations,
uplifting visualizations,

and pleasant verbal exchanges in everyday interactions and yet view
powerful emotional triggering of traumas as a wonderful opportunity for growth.



At these latter times, expression of the powerful emotions that have been
triggered takes on high priority within the context of a safe environment. Also
at these times early

childhood memories which are ordinarily outside conscious awareness become
accessible to consciousness.





Emotional energy is the Divine Feminine Energy of God. Feelings are
magnetic and attract realities into physical manifestation. Feelings of love,
bliss, and ecstasy are the nourishment that the soul needs in order to stay in
form. These feelings are the Mother's Milk that enable the children of God to
grow up in the Divine Image, resplendant in Love, Wisdom, and Power.



When the ancients spoke of immortality and overcoming death, they
understood the effects of Bliss on the human body. It was said that death would
be the last enemy to be overcome because they knew that only in the final days
would emotional energy be embraced, understood, and allowed to flow freely and
stay pure in the way that makes Bliss natural and sustainable.



As wounded painful angry feelings buried inside each person and animal are
lovingly accepted, honored, and allowed to flow and heal, the beautiful loving
blissful feelings return.



When Love and Bliss return, beauty and harmony returns to earth.



Through the divine virtue of the Power of the Word, the virtue of letter H
of 'Ampholion', a person can access the powerful feelings of the divine virtues.



Enlightened Masculine will and thought energy equally balanced with
enlightened Feminine emotional and form energy restores Heaven to Earth.



The formula for miracles is the combination of will and clear imaging,
which is the electric masculine force, with strong feeling and physical
sensation, which is the magnetic feminine force.





Transmutation is brought about by seeing everything through the eyes of
Divine Love. Seeing every emotion, in self and others, through the eyes of
Divine Love enlivens the underlying perfection of each feeling.



For example, the act of seeing the anger of a mother bear who is
protecting her cub as an expression of her love and caring for her offspring,
instead of a desire within her to hurt anyone, transmutes the fear in both her
and observer. In the presence of powerful feelings of love and compassion the
bear is much more likely to feal safe and go on about her way. This is the
virtue of umlaut O, OE of 'Ampholion'.



Another example is seeing one's own fear or anger as originating in the
act of one's self as a small child in the past who is frightened and
misunderstood. Instead of being alarmed or ashamed of the fear or anger and
judgmental of it in present time, seeing it through the eyes of love divine
reveal it to be the frightened cry of help from the inner child and worthy of
love and compassion, and of being heard and respected instead of bypassed and
denied. Seeing such emotions through the eyes of divine love reveal the
courage, purity, love, and innocence of the little child that lie underneath.



All Children of Light and Love are destined to receive their rightful
inheritance of Oneness with Divine Light and Love and reach the place of miracle
working through the highest will and feelings of divine virtues.



All of the divine virtues taken together reveal the splendor and the
majesty of Divine Life. All the divine vitues taken together are the virtue of
letter L of 'Ampholion'.



Emotions as they process through flowing reveal the cause and effect of
whatever is remembered.



The Law of Cause and Effect is the virtue of letter I of 'Ampholion'.



Healing negative emotions through flowing brings them back into harmony,
and therefore back into Divine Law of Justice that brings success and
satisfaction in everything. The virtue of the Divine Law of Justice and
Harmony is the virtue of letter O of 'Ampholion'.



Keeping the emotional body free and clear flowing with positive feelings
attracts Supreme Happiness, which is the virtue of letter N of 'Ampholion'.





Reaching a level of the highest will and feeling is based on the Law of
One that governs the web of life.



This is the Law of Laws from which all other laws come.



The Law of One overrides all lessor laws in all worlds, whether they be
religious, civil, or social laws.



Whenever a person is ready to shift paradigms from suppressing, denying,
bypassing, and controlling emotions out of fear to trusting the innate healing
process of the Divine Feminine and allowing their feelings to come up and flow
safely, it is good to begin by invoking this Law. Because all emotions are
magnetic, long held negative ones sometimes attract negative beings from various
realms, most notably the astral realms, and this law frees them to go wherever
they need to go for the highest good of all concerned.







THE LAW OF ONE



We are All One.

When one is harmed, all are harmed.

When one is helped, all are helped.

Therefore, in the name of Who I Am,

[and I am one with all, with all beings, with God, with the Masters,
Saints, and Prophets, and with the Christ],



I ask that only that which is the highest good of all concerned happen
here.



I ask for the highest will and highest love of all concerned to manifest.
