Beloved,



In the last degree of Sagittarius, a Child of Light and Love perfects the
ability to go into the silence and FEEL Divine Omnipresence.



This is in preparation for the next Constellation, which is the
constellation of Capricorn. Capricorn is practical receptivity to DIVINE WILL.



Emotions are the element of water, and through the divine virtues of
'Elami', a Child of Light and Love experiences communication with all waters
upon the planet.





We are the heavenly hosts who often guide a Child of Light to the presence
of underground water.



We awaken deepening receptivity to the feelings and the waters that are
embedded in creation.



In the Silence, clairsentience is awakened in receptivity to emotion.



We guide a Child of Light and Love to find underground water by inspiring
him or her to FEEL magnetic flows of emotion under the feet, flowing emotions
which are embodiments of water.



We inspire the impregnation of all water with feelings of Divine Virtues.





'We care for all of the waters situated under the earth's surface.'

'We show you how to find subterranean mineral springs, without having to
use any of the usual location-apparatus. '



'Wherever there is drinking water under the ground, we inspire you with
the knowledge of where it is'.



Once a person understands the sacredness of matter, whether the matter is
the most subtle matter of desires and thoughts, or the more dense matter of
water and physical form, they understand that sacredness in matter is from
DIVINE FEELINGS that come from the OMNIPRESENCE of Divine Consciousness in all
that has been created.



Omnipresence is the divine virtue of letter E of 'Elami'. Omnipresence
shines with a deep violet color to the musical note of D. This virtue has the
sensation of consciousness-penetrating-all.



The splendor and majesty of Divine Consciousness is omnipresent. Splendor
and majesty is the divine virtue of letter L of 'Elami'. This virtue is all of
the divine virtues taken together, and shines with a deep glowing olive green to
the musical note of F. The splendor and majesty is the source of true spiritual
morality and vitality, and has the sensation of relaxation and ease.



Wisdom and enlightenment, the divine virtue of letter A, is also
accessible everywhere. Wisdom and enlightenment shines with a light blue color
to the musical note of G. This virtue awakens clairvoyance, clairaudience, and
other mystical faculties. It has the sensation of ease and relaxation.



Pure flowing feeling and emotion of the divine virtues manifest as water
on the physical plane. Pure feeling and emotion is the divine virtue of letter
M, and shines with a lovely blue-green color to the musical note of D. It has
the sensation of coolness and chill.



By listening within and following conscience, a person is inspired to
charge water with the feelings of the Divine Virtues, and learns how to keep the
waters pure and enlivened with life force. Memory, remembrance and conscience is
awakened through the Laws of Cause and Effect, which is the divine virtue of
letter I. Cause and Effect gives control over breathing, and over everything on
the material plane. It shines with a light opalescent color to the musical note
of G. It has the sensation of weight.



As above, so below.



Fire is WILL and Spirit. It is the masculine aspect of God, the electric
force, which creates blueprints in the mental sphere of intellect, which is the
air element.



Water is a physical manifestation of EMOTION and Soul. It is the feminine
aspect of The Divine, the magnetic force of feelings that attract life into
form.



Taken together, Will and Feeling, which are Fire and Water, create
through Intellect and Form, which is Air and Matter. These are the four
elements, fire, air, water, and earth.

THE SPEAKING SPRING



Once upon a time a young man named Joe read a good book about how to
remember having clairsentience as a child.

He realized that children spontaneously use clairsentience, from a deep
place of silence within, by being receptive to FEELINGS coming from around
them.

Following the instructions, he closed his eyes.



He remembered himself as very little,

and recalled times late in the night, long after he had been tucked in,
when he heard the sound of his mother's footsteps walking past his open door.



He remembered waking up and wondering why she was not sleeping.



He relived the memory of projecting his curiosity out and being receptive
to her feelings.



It was easy for him to feel whether or not she was distracted, worried,
happy, or peaceful and lost in thought.



This is clairsentience.

In a deep forest many years later, desparately needing to find water to
drink, he remembered this exercise and closed his eyes to go into the silence
and be receptive to the feelings coming from the forest around him.



With the faith and innocence of a child he projected his curiosity and
focus all around.

"Ye must be as little children to enter the kingdom of God."



Like blowing up a shimmering balloon, his receptivity to the feelings
around him caused his senses to expand to everything in the forest.



He found that the more peaceful, relaxed, still, curious, focused,
receptive and silent he was, the clearer he got impressions, and the more he
felt at one with his surroundings.



He felt the feelings of the plants, earth, and stones.





He knew intuitively that waters were feelings that are flowing in one
direction, so that is what he searched for in the silence.



Were there any feelings moving and flowing out there?



Hmmmmm...Focusing more deeply, he ballooned his receptivity over a bigger
and bigger area until he finally felt clearly the feeling of rushing water
underground.



Sure enough, there it was!!!



Flowing energy was coming from slightly behind the hill on the right
flowing across toward the left.







It was about three feet wide, and perhaps eight inches deep.

It seemed to be about ten or twelve feet under the ground.







Joe squinted his eyes slightly, and felt that the energy flow came out of
the ground about a quarter mile down the hill ahead of him and to the left.



Running in a relaxed receptive gait,

vivid images of ancient Indians from many generations

come into his mind's eye.



He felt strongly, with great certainty and knowing, that Indians had loved
and sung praises to this water for thousands of years.



That was the feeling that he felt, the flowing feelings of thousands of
years of singing and gratitude.





Filled with excitement and convinced that the water was very pure, Joe
sprinted through large gorgeous ferns, leaping over fallen moss covered trees.



Almost hidden by an overhanging rhododendron, he came upon

a small mysterious pool of water and the beginning of a meandering stream.



Crawling forward on hands and knees, he knew that

the dry hot feeling in his throat would be drenched with coolness!



Joyfully his hands scooped the living water into his thirsty mouth....

Swallowing deeply, he felt an explosion of life force.



Inside of him, shimmering feelings of harmony and peace united him with
the spirits of all who had thankfully drunk from this spring in the past.



AHHHHH....tears of gratitude coursed down his cheeks.





The ancient Angel of 'Elami', who had forever protected the spring, smiled
ever so sweetly,

and the mountains sighed in peace.

JUPITER: Jupiter has become so highly energized that it is now
surrounded by a visibly glowing donut tube of energy in the path
of the moon Io. The size of Jupiter's magnetic field has more
than doubled since 1992.

SATURN: Saturn's polar regions have been noticeably
brightening, and its magnetic field strength increasing.

URANUS: According to NASA's Voyager II space probe,
Uranus and Neptune both appear to have had recent magnetic
pole shifts - 60 degrees for Uranus and 50 for Neptune.

NEPTUNE: Neptune has become 40 percent brighter in infrared
since 1996, and is fully 100-percent brighter in certain areas.
Also, Neptune's moon Triton has had a "very large percentage
increase" in atmospheric pressure and temperature, comparable
to a 22-degree Fahrenheit increase on Earth.

PLUTO: As of September 2002, Pluto has experienced a
300-percent increase in its atmospheric pressure in the last
14 years, while also becoming noticeably darker in color.
