Beloved,



In this third degree of Taurus, a person uses will to master the
mystical properties of plants, creating profound changes in consciousness and
feeling in self and others, for the purpose of Enlightenment, Supreme Happiness,
and the highest good of all.



Through the divine virtues of 'Manmes', a person attunes to the
mystical qualities and consciousness-changing properties of every plant that
grows upon the earth.



Because the heavenly hosts of 'Manmes' specialize in the use of
Fire, or WILL, people are especially encouraged to make incense and smoking
mixtures which are activated by fire, for mystical purposes.



The making of incense, and all mystical, consciousness-transforming
plant recipes and practices, especially those using fire, fall under the range
of competence of the heavenly hosts of 'Manmes'.



Used with fire and will, plants are mystically used to enhance
flowing emotion, the fluidity of life force and feeling, to bring love into
practical physical manifestation through supreme happiness and enlivening Divine
Will for the highest good of all.



Because brain centers for emotions and smell are interconnected,

feelings of the divine virtues are enlivened through the wise use of
the sense of smell.



Tiny molecules of scent breathed into the cranial cavity have a
strong effect on emotions.



Since feelings attract new manifestation on the physical plane, the
use of beautiful scents attracts Paradise.



By affecting emotions positively, mystical scents encourage the
production of healing and uplifting neuropeptides and hormones in the endocrine
system that result in high states of consciousness and being.



We inspire mastery in the realm of emotions with the preparation of
incense and smoking mixtures.



A person impregnates any plant through the use of breath, in
meditating on the divine virtues of 'Manmes'.



This is done in activating the 'as above, so below' law in
meditation by seeing yourself as a tiny dot in your solar plexus region with the
rest of your body a vast creation of universes and galaxies all around.



In preparing plants, invoke the heavenly hosts of 'Manmes' to help
you meditate on the divine virtue of each letter, beginning with M; flowing
divine emotion, fluidity and the change process, shining with the most beautiful
blue green light imaginable.



The abdomen, seen as a hollow space, of every person is formed from
this virtue, which vibrates to the frequency of the musical note D. Divine
emotion has the sensation of coolness turning to chill, because it is a virtue
of the water element.



From the viewpoint of being a tiny dot in your solar plexus,
visualize the bluegreen light of flowing divine emotion shining from a tiny sun
in the abdomen, seen as a hollow space.



Meditate on flowing divine emotions creating magnetism, that
attract new realities into form. Flow with divine feelings of love and other
divine virtues. Enliven these feelings in plants by toning the letter M to the
musical note of D outloud. Do this with the sensation of coolness turning to
chill.



With each outbreath see the bluegreen radiance of divine emotion
flowing through the pores of the skin over the abdomen and permeating the
plants, with each inbreath see this radiance coming back into your vast inner
universe through these same pores. Keep the rhthym of breath natural, and
dissolve the light in your body when you are finished to protect the natural
balance of elements.



Next meditate on the original purity of all ideas and blueprints of
creation in Divine Mind using the same meditation as above, using light blue
light shining from a tiny sun in the lung area, the musical note of G, the
sensation of ease, and the pores of the skin over the lungs. Wisdom and
enlightenment is the virtue of letter A, a virtue of the air element. This
awakens mystical faculties such as clairvoyance and clairaudience, artistic
talent, eloquence, control over the air, and levitation.



This meditation then automatically changes into umlaut A, ae, the
virtue of transformation, or releasing any imperfection in being, desire,
thought, feeling, or form to change into the perfect divine blueprints of soft
A. Transformation shines with a loamy brown light from a tiny sun in the leg
region, with a sensation of weight. It vibrates to the musical note of C. The
anus is formed from it.



Flowing emotion combined with the original purity of all ideas and
blueprints of creation in Divine Mind awakens Supreme Happiness.



Impregnate the plants, using the same meditation, with feelings of
Supreme Happiness, the virtue of letter N of 'Manmes'.



From the viewpoint of being a tiny dot in your solar plexus area,
visualize deep red light shining from a tiny sun in your abdomen, seen as a
hollow space. Meditate on flowing feelings of ecstatic happiness and how
happiness reveals solutions to any problem, reveals the maturity of any being,
enlivens the drive for self preservation giving autonomy and unassailable
protection from any threat, and creates cohesion and gravity.



Supreme Happiness vibrates to the frequency of musical note G, and
the liver of every being is formed from it. It has the sensation of coolness
turning to chill, because it is a virtue of the water element.



Emotions and feelings remain pure and healthy by flowing freely.
Even negative feelings change to positive ones when they are allowed to flow
safely and nondestructively with compassion, understanding, respect and love.



Flowing with ongoing feelings as they spontaneously arise continues
the change process as emotional wounds, buried deep in the sub consciousness and
body tissue, come up spontaneously to be healed.



These wounded feeings come from the past, from a time when
emotional trauma overwhelmed the infant, child, or adolescent self within. By
embracing these old wounded feelings as they arise, and letting them flow in an
atmosphere of unconditional all encompassing love, they transform and heal
quickly, revealing new insights into the original wounding event. Old negative
beliefs about reality that were formed by the frightened overwhelmed child are
released and more positive beliefs replace them.



The skill of flowing with emotions and feelings when they come up,
instead of fighting them, judging them, blocking them, or bypassing them,
requires once again the skills of the divine virtue of letter M, of 'Manmes',
which shines with a blue green light.



When old negative feelings have been transformed, the next virtue to
meditate on for the purpose of charging plants is Omnipresence.



Omnipresence, or E, is a key virtue, essential to master for this
purpose. Meditate on omnipresence of Divine Consciousness and Feeling in
everything everywhere on every level of being.



By meditating on Omnipresence of Divine Life and Consciousness, a
person unites individual consciousness and feeling with Divine Consciousness and
Feeling.



In this way it is possible to understand the purpose for
everything in existence, and react with oneness and love instead of fear and
separation.



Divine Consciousness, omni-present in all life everywhere, is
accessed by unlocking the codes contained all throughout the kingdom of plants.



By meditating on the divine virtue of omnipresence, a Child of Light
also unites individual consciousness with the consciousness of each plant. In a
mystical way, he or she becomes one with the unique divine qualities that the
plant embodies within it.



Omnipresence of Divine Consciousness and Life shines with a deep
purple light from a tiny sun in the solar plexus, and vibrates to the musical
note of D. It has the sensation of consciousness and feeling penetrating all,
because it is a virtue of the akashic element. The spine of all beings are made
from this virtue.



The final virtue of 'Manmes' is all penetrating Divine Will for the
highest good of all concerned. When a person unites individual will with Divine
Will, for the highest good of all that exists everywhere in creation,
individual will becomes one with omnipotence.



Will is a virtue of the fire element. Fire that is impregnated
with omnipotent desire for the highest good of all unlocks the mystical gifts of
plants.



Omnipotent Will for the highest good is very important when uniting
individual consciousness with the consciousness of plants, for the consciousness
of plants can be extremely powerful.



It is necessary that a Child of Light and Love remain in control of
self and plant, and guide the experience for the highest good of all concerned.



All-penetrating-will for the highest good of all concerned shines
with a purple red light shining from a tiny sun in the head region, and vibrates
to the musical note of G sharp. The gall bladder is formed from it. This
virtue has the sensation of heat and expansion because it is a virtue of the
fire element.



Whenever fire is used with plants, this fire should be impregnated
with the will, thought, feeling, and sensation of the highest good of all
concerned.



We also inspire the charging and the preparation of plants by
enlisting the help of the beings of the four elements, first within the body
seen as a vast creation and then in the outer world through the use of breath.



These are the beings of fire, air, water, and earth; the
Salamanders, the Slyphs, the Undines, and the Gnomes, so that the divine
signatures of each plant is further impregnated with divine virtues to be
mystically released into consciousness.



Each plant in the Divine Kingdom of Earth is sacred and contains
mystical qualities. Every plant is a manifestation of a different combination of
Divine Virtues.



All plants have been given to The Children of Light to help access
Divine Consciousness and Feeling.



Each plant acts as a unique doorway into a specific pattern of
harmony and perfection.



Since the beginning of time, one particular plant has been used as a
catalyst for all others. Hemp releases the mystical qualities of other plants,
in various preparations, with the element of fire, the will for the highest good
of all.

Feeling in everything everywhere, in a timeless and spaceless way, letter
E....LIGHT BLUE BLENDED WITH DEEP PURPLE. Also, umlaut A,ae, is the same,
meditate on transformation and omnipresence together as well. Loamy brown with
deep purple.



B...Universal Life and Polarity, control over will and feeling, is
best meditated upon with emphasis on the feeling of inner guidance, letter
R....light violet and gold.



Ch..clarity and perfect purity of feeling is best meditated on with
emphasis on The Power of the Word, letter H, light violet with silvery violet



and so on....



Letter combinations such as LH=SCH, TZ=K and ZH=CH are important
virtues to meditate on together.



When two or more letters or virtues are meditated on together, the
first one is emphasized in the akasha, or consciousness penetrating all, the
second letter in air or mind, in a timeless and spaceless way, the third letter
in water, or feeling and in space.





This is a treasure. It appears that Emil Stejnar, who has
discovered this cipher, has discovered and shared with us much more than he
himself has realized!

The names of the heavenly hosts in the angel messages are correct as
given and are the vertical axis, or interdimensional divine qualities, of each

locations in physical space, of these beings. This cipher reveals the key to
the best way to meditate on the virtues listed . A is meditated on with E, B

Note 2: Clarification for this Thursday in Cyrus the Astrologer's

The first sentence should read:



" Moon in Gemini squares Uranus."

or

"New moon phase in Gemini squares Uranus."



Cyrus explained to me that the new moon phase lasts 3 days....and
that is really what he was making reference to, not the exact time of the new
moon. The exact time of the new moon was Monday afternoon, at 1:22 PM GMT, with
