With the virtue of Supreme Happiness, the letter N of 'Notiser', the joy

This virtue has a deep red color, the musical note of A, is of the water
element of emotion and has the sensation of coolness. The liver of all beings
was formed by this virtue.

O. The sound of letter O is the sound of the initiation into the original
principle of divine justice. With supreme happiness and adherence to Divine
Laws of justice and harmony, knowledge and genius brings great success and
satisfaction. Those who come under our guidance learn that knowledge and genius
is used according to the Law of One, the highest good of all concerned.





'Mentally you will be able to give expression to the absolute legality of
harmony in all four basic qualities of the elements. You will have a high power
of judgement and the ability to comprehend spiritually any legality, any
interference by Divine Providence for the sake of justice. You will never be
able to condemn anyone unjustly. This will bring about the abilities to create
any change in the emotional situations that you find yourself in and to have
absolute success and happiness on all levels.'



'With this virtue on the physical level, a person becomes a perfect master
of astrophysics and metaphysics.'



The ability to control emotions is the ability to control the element of
water and magnetism, which is the ability to attract realities into form.



This virtue has an ultramarine blue color, the musical note of C, and is
the earth element so it has the sensation of weight. It formed the throat and
windpipe.



Divine Justice and Harmony flows from the Highest Law of All. It is the
Law of Laws. This law states that we are all one, and that when one is harmed,
all are harmed. Likewise, when one is helped, all are helped. This law is the
primary and original Law of the Akashic Element.

When one is harmed, all are harmed.

When one is helped, all are helped.

Therefore, in the name of my being, of who I AM, and I am one with all
there is, with all beings, masters, saints, prophets, and with the Christ,

I ask that only that which is the highest good of all concerned

The Akashic element is practiced in the midriff or solar plexus area, seen
as a hollow space. The sensation of akasha is consciousness-penetrating-all.
Since the solar plexus is in the akashic region, a person works neither
inductively [seeing the body filled through breathing in] or deductively [seeing
the outer universe filled through breathing out] with the Law of One or the
virtues of the akashic element, because akasha cannot be condensed, it is
everywhere all of the time. Letter U is the original sound of the akasha
principle. The letter E, omnipresence, is also a virtue of the akasha.



The head is the region of the fire element, or will.

The lung area is the region of the air element, or mind.

In the body, the midriff or solar plexus area is the mediating area of
will/mind, which are electric and masculine, and emotion/earth, which are
magnetic or feminine. In the meditations of the cosmic language, a person
locates him or her self as a tiny dot in the midriff area, as a point of all
penetrating consciousness and life that commands and saturates the entire body
and all of the outer universe as well. This point in the microcosm of the human
body corresponds to the center of creation in the outer macrocosm, the center
that penetrates all of creation with consciousness and life, both within and
without.



"I and the Father are ONE!"





Akasha penetrates all, it is the determining energy of pure being. As
each one of us identifies with being one with all, we are identifying with the
akashic element and we automatically unite our individual will with Divine Will
for the highest good of ALL.



We also unite our heart with Divine Heart, in loving all in creation as
our very own self.



It is at this point that we are well on the way of mastering the akasha,
and the letter U, the act of creation and its ongoing effects. This virtue, the
letter U, gives us the ability to enter into the most profound states of trance
and to modify our own karma.



Using any of these exercises with the divine virtues and elements enlivens
tremendous forces and powers within the physical body and the outer universe.
It is necessary that, in order to maintain balance and harmony in the body, the
rhythm of the breath is kept natural, and the visualized light is always
dissolved into Universal Consciousness when you are finished meditating.









When this O is pronounced umlaut O, OE, then the virtue of transmutation,
the virtue of cognition brought about by Love Divine, of seeing, and thereby
enlivening, the divine perfect blueprint within each and every creation.



This virtue shines with a deep orange light, and is a virtue of akasha and
earth combined, so it has the sensation of ethereal earth, or weight penetrating
all. It vibrates to the musical note of D-sharp, and the ovaries and testicles
are formed from it.

T. The sound of the letter T in the ancient language is the divine virtue
of ' high inspiration with all the legal matters of this principle'. In the
intellect, this virtue awakens remarkable inventive faculties and memory.



In meditating on this virtue, use the same meditation as with all of the
virtues: see yourself as a tiny dot in your solar plexus with the rest of the
body as an infinite swirling universe all around you. Meditate with focus on
visualizing the brown black color of this virtue shining from a tiny sun in the
head region, because it is a virtue of the fire element of will. Focus on the
meaning, which in this case is high inspiration from Divine Mind. Do this with a
sensation of the element, which for this virtue is fire, warmth, expansion and
fire. See this enlivening the organ that is formed from this virtue, which is
the right kidney. Inwardly tone the sound of letter T to the musical note, F,
and feel mastery of harmony and justice over all the elements, which are
will/fire, intellect/air, emotion/water, and earth/sensation.



With the outbreath see this light filling the outer universe through the
pores of the skin over the right kidney, with the inbreath see it filling the
body. Keep the rhythm of the breath natural.



Be sure to dissolve the light when you are finished in order to protect
the natural balance of the body.



This is the ancient meditation that has been passed down through the ages.

I. The sound of the letter I is the virtue of Cause and Effect The law of
cause and effect is the law of evolution of everything. This law gives the
understanding and mastery of the akasha, or subtle pre-matter principle. The
sensation of akasha is 'Consciousness-penetrating-all.' The understanding of
cause and effect also enables the perfection of memory and conscience.



'On the material plane, a Child of Light understands all laws of analogies
between the micro-and the macrocosm. Everything that has shape, measure, number
and weight has been created by the help of this virtue. If the quabbalist can
master this letter oscillation, he or she will be able to evoke the greatest
miracles in the material world by using the respective analogies to shape,
measure, number, and weight.'



'As one cand see, shape, measure, number and weight are the chief
components of the material world, and by getting this letter oscillation under
his or her control, a Child of Light becomes their absolute master. It stands
to reason that he or she will also be able to become a perfect metaphysician,
too and, furthermore, to comprehend all laws presently still unknown to our
physical world and to apply them, as he or she pleases, in all fields.'



The letter "I" with its light opalescent color, representing the law of
cause and effect, is the spiritual essence of the left kidney. This virtue is
of the earth element, so it has the sensation of weight. The musical note is G.

S. The sound of this letter is the sound of all-penetrating-power. This
will-power is used to master the will so that the intellect penetrates
clairvoyantly through knowledge and thereby increases genius. It is used to
gain complete control over one's own consciousness and the consciousness of any
other being.



The color of this virtue is purple red, its musical note is G-sharp, it
is the fire element of will and so it has the sensation of warmth, and the gall
bladder is the part of the body that is formed by it.

E.'This letter is the sound of universal consciousness, which represents,
as a divine idea and virtue, its omnipresence in everything that has ever been
created. Meditating on this virtue unites normal consciousness with universal
consciousness, with the cosmic consciousness, so that you can attain, in the
akasha principle omnipresence yourself.

This is known in oriental wisdom as Nirvi-Kalpa-Samadhi.



You attain the highest form of intuition in your mental world; you are
able to transfer your consciousness so that there exists no sense of time and
space.



Divinity in the highest form is then able to speak through you.



The most profound mysteries of materialization and dematerialization
become obvious to you as you master this virtue through meditation. Everything
that is material may be transferred back into its refined and most subtle form
and any idea can be intensified in such a way that it will become physically
visible.'



The color of this virtue is deep violet, the musical note is D, the
element is akasha, which has the sensation of consciousness-penetrating-all, and
the spine is formed from it.

R. The sound of the letter R is the divine virtue of becoming the master
and guardian of freedom and independence. 'In this state there is the feeling
of freedom of any pressing burden of the laws, for by the mastery of all the
preceding virtues you have achieved a state of maturity by which this feeling of
independence has been transformed into an absolute state of security and
unimpeachability. This comes from the realization of the harmony and
perfection of all divine laws and the identification and love of them so
intensely that they have actually become merged with oneself. In this case you
are the personification and representation of the divine laws and they will
serve you, and your sense of freedom will derive from them rather than in spite
of them.'



"The truth is written within your heart" and freedom and independence is
necessary for each child of Light and Love to follow that still small voice
within. By following this inner guidance, the child of Light and Love uses
genius and knowledge to further the will of Divine Providence for Heaven on
Earth in each moment and in each situation.



The color of following inner guidance is golden. The musical note is C.
The element is earth with a sensation of weight and the left side of the nose is
formed from it.
