and life on earth is a garden of Eden for all sentient beings.

FEELINGS of the divine virtues are the feminine magnetic energy of the
Omnipresent Divine Creator and manifest on the physical plane as water.



In the time of heaven on earth, the Children of Light and Love attune

As the feminine principle of emotion and water, and the masculine
principle of will and fire, are both aligned with Divine Perfection and balanced

All previously built water systems that compromise the matrix of life in
any way are being corrected in this time of Alpha and Omega, Paradise on earth.



Divine Providence has ordained that artificial water regulation, like
everything else, is accomplished according to The Law of One, the highest good
of all concerned.



Water must flow in undulating patterns, not straight lines, as curves
create spin on the water molecule and this allows the water to free itself from
toxins.





A water molecule with proper spin has a surface tension which prohibits it
from absorbing impurities, so that it remains pure.





The real work of humanity is the work of manifesting perfection of spirit
and filling the soul with joy and love, of creating beauty so that earth is
peaceful at one with heaven.



It is only with ease, peace, and contemplation that the voice and
feelings of Divine Guidance are most clearly heard. In a state of peace and
beauty, Divine Love and Grace is felt enough to heal wounds of the past and fill
the consciousness with light and love.



In this time of the Alpha and the Omega, basic needs such as food,
water, energy, clothes, and shelter are provided in a world of abundance for
all, so that the real work of enlightenment and beauty is fulfilled.





As mankind turns every resource to inner and outer beauty, wisdom,
creativity, love, harmony, and peace, Paradise is indeed restored to earth.

According to the ancient teachings, the first 24 groups of angels
overseeing the earth govern the elements. The next groups govern the 360 degrees
of the zodiac. This is the 263rd group of angels overseeing the earth.



2+6+3=11. 1+1=2.



'NUMBER TWO is the number of duality, of polarity, of the positive and the
negative principle. In the material world, the two indicates electricity and
magnetism, love and hate, light and shadow. It is always a pole and its
anti-pole, of which one could not exist without the other. It is God and man. It
appertains to those religions which regard God as something separate, whereby
the dualistic principle is to be found in all forms of existence. Two can be
represented by a horizontal line'.





'H-O-R-A-S-U-L'





H. This letter symbolizes the Power of the Word. We inspire each person
who works with water regulation with the divine virtues upon which to meditate
in order to fulfill their purpose in a way that is the highest good of all
concerned.





HOW TO MEDITATE ON THE DIVINE VIRTUES



In the imagination a person floods the microcosm of his or her own body
with a divine virtue and activates the principle of "As above, so below", "AS
BELOW, SO ABOVE", in order to create with the power fo the word.



First, he or she, in imagination and meditation, transfers consciousness
to become a tiny dot in the solar plexus of his or her own body, which
corresponds to the akashic element of consciouness-penetrating-all.



Then he proceeds to imagine a chosen virtue as a tiny sun located in the
region of the body that corresponds to the element of the virtue. The sun fills
this region and then the body as a whole, and also enlivens the part of the
body that is formed from the virtue.



In fourfold whole brain thinking, the WILL and COLOR of a divine virtue
is held in the pure being of Delta brainwaves, the CONCEPT AND MEANING of a
divine virtue is held in the deep inward thought of Theta brainwaves, the
FEELING and MUSICAL NOTE and SOUND, of a divine virtue is held in emotion of
Alpha brainwaves, and the SENSATION,AND RELEVANT BODY PART is held in the five
senses, memory, and logic of Beta brainwaves.





Through the use of breath, in which these energies are breathed in and
out, filling the entire body and especially the organ that is associated with
each virtue and filling the whole universe, the highest alchemy is achieved in
the way that was intended in the beginning when mankind was created.



The virtues are breathed in and out through the pores of the skin over the
area of the body that is formed from each virtue. KEEP THE RHYTHM OF THE BREATH
NATURAL AT ALL TIMES. When the meditation is finished, dissolve the light so
that the body is not overstimulated and balance is maintained for perfect
health.



By using this technique to utter a letter, and several letters one after
the other making words, creativity of the highest order occurs.



The letter H has a silvery violet color, is the fire element of will and
has the sensation of warmth and fire, has the musical note of A, and is the
virtue by which the right arm of every child of God is created.

O. The sound of letter O is the sound of the initiation into the original
principle of divine justice. Justice is Harmony and Harmony is Justice.
Maintaining harmony in the water systems of earth for all life brings success
and happiness.



'You will have a high power of judgement and the ability to comprehend
spiritually any legality, any interference by Divine Providence for the sake of
justice. You will never be able to condemn anyone unjustly. This will bring
about the abilities to create any change in the emotional situations that you
find yourself in and to have absolute success and happiness on all levels.



This virtue has an ultramarine blue color, the musical note of C, and is
the earth element so it has the sensation of weight. It formed the throat and
windpipe.



If this O is pronounced Umlaut O, OE.



'Akasha: In the principle of consciousness penetrating all, the umlaut O
oscillation evokes the most profound cognition which can only be brought about
by love divine.'



By the help of this a person gets to know all the possibilities of
transformation of the spirit, all the systems and ways serving this end, and all
knowledge concerning transformation in all other fields. He/she is informed
about everything that, deriving from the act of creation, had to pass through
all the mode of transformation to be reunited.'



' A person must attain all the faculties that are offered by this
profound cognition made possible by Love Divine, in the principle of
consciousness-penetrating-all, and must make use of all possibilities, in order
to get convinced that they cannot be described by words, by must be experienced,
lived through.'



'The letters umlaut A and umlaut O are the most important,, because by the
help of their virtues one is able to comprehend, from the principle of
consciousness-penetrating-all, the crown of all wisdom in the micro- and
macrocosms, from the act of creation to the present state of evolution, and even

brought about by love divine gives the understanding of the transformation of
ideas, virtues, etc. by the quabbalistically pronounced word, which is a very

cognition brought about by love divine develops the faculty of perfect astral

Umlaut O is dark orange, has the musical note of D-sharp, is the element
of akashic-earth which has the sensation of weight penetrating everything. The
ovaries and testicles are formed from this virtue of the profound cognition
brought about by Love Divine. In healing, heal the left ovary first and then
the right one.

R. The sound of the letter R is the divine virtue of becoming the master
and guardian of freedom and independence, of listening to and following the
inner voice of guidance instead of following outside authorities.



A water engineer must act on impeccable inner guidance from Divine
Providence and the heavenly hosts to design the perfect systems for each unique
and individual situation.





'In this state there is the feeling of freedom of any pressing burden of
the laws, for by the mastery of all the preceding virtues you have achieved a
state of maturity by which this feeling of independence has been transformed
into an absolute state of security and unimpeachability. This comes from the
realization of the harmony and perfection of all divine laws and the
identification and love of them so intensely that they have actually become
merged with oneself. In this case you are the personification and
representation of the divine laws and they will serve you, and your sense of
freedom will derive from them rather than in spite of them.'





The color of this virtue is golden, the musical note is C. The element is
earth so it has the sensation of weight. The left side of the nose is formed
from it.

A. This is the sound of the divine virtue of highest wisdom and
enlightenment.



'This sound [soft as in a sigh-ahhhhh] and virtue is an initiation into
the highest wisdom and the purity of all ideas.



This has as a fundamental feature the enlightened mind. Reasoning,
perception, the cognition of the most profound truths, highest knowledge, high
intelligence, and the arousing of all intellectual faculties are expressed.
Musical gifts, eloquence, poetic talent, and clairvoyance, clairaudience, the
art of levitation, and the control of the air element and its beings are all
aroused by meditating on this virtue. On the physical plane the command of the
beings of the air, control over storms, are all made possible by initiation into
the highest wisdom.'



The color of wisdom and enlightenment is light blue, the musical note is
G, the element is air so it has the sensation of ease, and the lungs are formed
from it.

S. This sound is the sound of all-penetrating-power. 'This is the most
subtle substance of the divine spirit, e.e., with the original divine will or
fie which works as a substantial power in everything that has been created by
Divine Providence.'



A child of God using this divine virtue attains 'the spiritual gift of
perfect mastery over the electrical fluid, which is the use of will, and is able
to control everything analogous to will.'

'A state of clairvoyance in its purest form and perfect control over other
beings is gained by this virtue in the feeling nature.'



This power is used to completely align all water systems with the highest
good of all organism that depend on them.



The color of this virtue is purple red, its musical note is G-sharp, it
is the fire element of will and so it has the sensation of warmth, and the gall
bladder is the part of the body that is formed by it.

U. The letter "U" in the cosmic language represents 'the faculty of
comprehending the creative act and it's relationship to karma. It evokes the
highest form of intuition and inspiration and makes possible the understanding
of one's own karma and it's modification. It also makes possible the transfer of
consciousness to any state imaginable and this results in states of highest
trance.'



Each creative act of managing water leads to ongoing consequences, and it
is this virtue that is used to make sure that the future outcome of any water
system is the highest good of all concerned.



This letter is imagined as shining velvet black and is practiced in the
solar plexus and then in the legs and feet. This letter enlivens the pancreas.
The musical note is B, and it is the element of Akasha, which has the sensation
of God-penetrating-all in meditation.

L. The sound of this letter is the sound of the Divine Virtues all taken
together.



This virtue is used to make decisions based on true spiritual morality,
and to impregnate water with life giving vitality.



This letter represents the highest divine virtues that may be described
by words, irrespective of whatever sort they may be. This letter oscillation is
used to comprehend the Divine Majesty and the greatness of God in the form of
the purest virtues'.





From this virtue comes the faculty of comprehending true morality as seen
from the highest point of view. This leads to the borders of saintliness. On
the feeling level true equilibrium of character occurs and mastery of flooding
the emotions with the highest light is attained'.



' On the physical level you gain perfect health, beauty and harmony and
you become absolute master of your own vitality.'



'It is to be imagined as the color of olive green. The musical note is F;
the element is air, so it has the sensation of ease. The spleen is formed from
this virtue.'
