Beloved,

'We are the heavenly host who supervise the kingdoms of the gnomes, and we
know all about the subterranean waters, ores, volcanoes, electromagnetic
currents, and the like.'

'We tell you the exact time of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. We are
experts on the subject of mines.'

The Sons and Daughters of Light are made in the image and likeness of The
Divine, and are given dominion over the earth and all that live upon,
over,
or under it.

By attuning individual wills and feelings to Divine Will and Feeling, the
Children of Light direct the creating of heaven on earth, and heaven and
earth become one in perfection and beauty.

The nuts and bolts of creating physical earth as Paradise is done through
Natural Law, by the elementals of earth, the Gnomes, who out picture
faithfully into form the blueprints that are created by WillFire,
visualization and flowing magnetic feelings.

Will is fire, the electric fluid of creation, and feeling is water, the
magnetic fluid. By mastering the electro-magnetic fluids, the life and
death of form is mastered.

Mastering will and feeling is the virtue of letter B of 'Baalto', shining
with a light violet light. B is the virtue of Universal Consciousness.
Meditating on this virtue reveals the necessity of polarity for Creation
to
exist, and the mastery of polarity, in all of its forms.

By meditating on and mastering the electro-magnetic fluids, universal life
is understood, and the purpose for all polarities is also understood.

Once will and feeling is brought under control, the perfect divine
blueprints of creation are willed and felt for any situation, such as a
volcano or mine, [air virtue of soft A, light blue light], RELEASING ANY
WILL, blueprints, OR FEELINGS about the volcano or mine or the gnomes of
the
volcano or mine, THAT NO LONGER SERVE THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL CONCERNED.
Release of imperfection is the virtue of the mysteries of life and death
and
transformation, which shines with a loamy brown light. It is the virtue
of
umlaut A, ae. This is a master akashic virtue of the earth element, and
has
the sensation of penetrating weight.

By meditating on and mastering release, a person gains control over
passion
and any negative beings involved, and learns that in reality, THERE IS NO
DEATH, ONLY TRANSFORMATION FROM ONE STATE INTO ANOTHER.

Continuing with our example of the volcano or mine, after this, it is
necessary to meditate again on the perfect divine blueprints of the
volcano
or mine, and the gnomes, which brings forth the cognition of the most
profound truths concerning them, and awakens occult faculties; such as the
art of levitation, clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc, along with artistic
talents, eloquence, musical and poetic talent. This is the virtue of soft
A, which again, automatically, triggers release of any fire, air, water or
earth energy that is imperfect, through umlaut A, ae.

As wisdom is gained and imperfection is released, the beings of the earth
and underground realms, the gnomes, communicate with the Children of Light
through powers of clairvoyance, etc. The Children of Light learn from the
gnomes everything concerning the ores, minerals, underground caverns,
underground waters, volcanoes, earthquakes, mines, etc, and the gnomes
learn
from the Children of Light what new blueprint is desired of them.

Having released imperfection and replaced it with the original purity of
the
divine blueprints, a person then meditates on the splendor and majesty of
all the Divine Virtues taken together, the virtue of L of 'Baalto'. By
meditating on and mastering this virtue, a person sees the splendor and
majesty of Divine Being and understands TRUE SPIRITUAL MORALITY, flowing
with feelings of such awe and pure vitality that his or her physical form
youthens and even attains immortality. At the same time, the ability to
vitalize the perfect divine blueprint and the gnomes is gained.

The virtue, of all the divine virtues taken together, the splendor and
majesty of The Divine, shines with a beautiful translucent olive green
light
an air virtue, with the sensation of relaxation and ease.

The next virtue to be mastered in working with Gnomes is the fire virtue
of
high inspiration, shining with a dark brown light. By meditating on and
mastering this virtue, HIGH INSPIRATION CONCERNING EVERYTHING is accessed
from Divine Mind. This virtue releases high inspiration and genius to
both
people and gnomes.

The final virtue for working with Gnomes is TRANSMUTATION OF PHYSICAL
FORM.

Like all divine virtues, the virtue of transmutation works through Fire,
Air, Water, and then Earth, transmuting all states of being, desires,
thoughts, feelings, and forms through COGNITION BROUGHT ABOUT BY LOVE
DIVINE.

Everything in creation is infused with OMNIPOTENT Divine Will for the
highest good of all concerned and a Divine Blueprint of Perfection.

Invoking justice and harmony, soft O, for all, cognition brought about by
Love Divine SEES this indwelling omnipotent willpower and divine blueprint
in the gnomes, in the volcano or mine, and in everything concerned in a
situation. Seeing this way releases omnipotent indwelling will and
feeling,
transmuting each thing seen into its divine form, the one form that
expresses the highest good of all.

This is the virtue of umlaut O, oe, shining with a deep orange light, a
virtue of the akashic element at its most dense vibration, and has the
sensation of weight penetrating all.

WITH THESE DIVINE VIRTUES, THE CHILDREN OF LIGHT, IN LOVING DOMINION AND
UNITY OF CONSCIOUSNESS WITH THE BEINGS OF EARTH, THE GNOMES, TRANSFORM AND

This is a brief outline meditation for the letter B. Expand on it
according
to your own inner guidance and through calling on the help and inspiration
of the heavenly hosts of 'Baalto'.

Go deeply within. Relax.

Imagine that you are a tiny dot in your solar plexus.

Imagine that the rest of your body is an infinite universe all around you,
galaxies swirling. This is the microcosm.

Visualize a light violet light shining from a tiny sun in the leg region
that fills whatever your inner guidance directs, such as all of this
universe, especially the leg region and the right eye, with Universal
Consciousness. Meditate on how Universal Consciousness supports forms that
express infinite polarities and qualities in your body universe, and also
in
the outer universes.

Meditate on the polarities that are necessary for Creation to exist.

Meditate on electricity and magnetism,
On hot and cold,
On inbreath and outbreath,
On Yin and Yang, or expansion and contraction,
male and female,
will and emotion.
On above and below.
On the Delta brainwaves of pure being and will and the Alpha brainwaves
of
feelings, flowing, and the change process.

Feel mastery of polarity, control over will and feeling, while toning the
sound of the letter B to the musical note of A to enliven this feeling.

Feel oneness with all polarities. Flow with feelings of mastery over will
and feeling, over life and death.

Imagine the light purple light and feelings of mastery of polarity, of
will
and feeling, with a sensation of weight, of gravity, of the earth element.

From the galaxy of your right eyeball, with each out breath see and feel

light violet radiance, mastery and feeling of this virtue passing through
the pores of the skin of the right eye into the outer universe, the

pores and filling your body universe.

As you meditate in your own universe, be aware that what you do within

own awareness in the microcosm instantly manifests in the outward
universe,
the macrocosm, through the law of correspondences.
