Beloved,



In the human genome, there are 23 chromosome pairs. There are 23
degrees in the ecliptic, and 23 years in the heliopause. The 23rd degree of
each sign holds special significance for the Children of Light and Love!



The heavenly hosts of 23 Aries take a person further in using the
powers of the heavenly hosts of the earth sphere for the purpose of victorious
Love.





The Angels of 'Hahadu', 20 degrees Aries, specialize in the miracles
of water, of the magnetic power of emotions, and the beings of water-the
Undines.



The Angels of 'Oromonas', 21 degrees Aries, specialize in the power
of thought and the beings of the air element, the Sylphs.



The Angels of 'Bekaro', 22 degrees Aries, specialize in the
miracles of Will, of fire, of the electric power and the beings of the fire
element, the Salamanders.



Now a Child of Light and Love is ready to specialize in the miracles
of the element of Akasha, of consciousness-penetrating-all.



When a Son or Daughter of Light unites in consciousness and feeling
with an omnipresent divine quality that is existing everywhere in everything,
this divine quality is activated, so that he or she can direct and will a new
reality into being.



This is similar to a program on a computer. As long as a program is
not in use, it exists, but it exists as potential. When you activate it, it
"comes alive".



If the divine quality is activated in the person's will in a
timeless and spaceless way, it manifests on the mental plane for that person and
of all of creation.



If the divine quality is activated in will in a particular space, it
manifests on the emotional plane.



If the divine quality is activated in will in a certain space and
time, it manifests on the material plane.



Whenever a Child of Light speaks of the indwelling Divine Spirit in
all that is created, he or she is speaking of the element of Akasha, which is
the principle of consciousness-penetrating-all.



With each divine virtue, the heavenly hosts of 'Belifares' inspire
the awareness of the virtue in the akashic element, as omnipresent, everywhere
existing.



To the extent that a person identifies his or her individual self as
being ONE with ALL, AND experiences a divine virtue as already omnipresent, he
or she can direct this virtue with individual will, mind, feeling, and
sensation. Through the awareness of such a person, a divine virtue enters into
an ACTIVE state for manifesting a new reality.



This is our area of expertise, and this is what we do for you when
asked, and what we teach and inspire you to do in your own consciousness and
feeling, whenever you call upon us for help and instruction.



Our job is to facilitate the process of activating divine virtues by
helping

you attune to the Akashic level of awareness, of consciousness
penetrating all.



We are always quick to reply to you when you call upon us. We ask
you to notice this in your meditation. With each divine virtue that you seek to
understand and master, it is we, The Angels of 'Belifares', who immediately
remove any sense of difficulty with the Akashic principle; which is the
principle of the Divine Virtue penetrating all and being everywhere present.



Once a Son or Daughter of Light and Love realizes the POWER of this
awareness, and how it changes mental, emotional, and physical manifestation on
earth, there is no holding back the VICTORY OF LOVE in birthing new realities.



Here is an assignment to give you practice in using these
principles:



When you are in a situation, any situation, in which your inner
guidance directs you to manifest a higher reality of DIVINE LOVE, it is time to
try this test.



Become aware of a Divine Virtue that Divine Providence would like to
manifest in the consciousness and feelings of yourself and in the people
involved in the situation you are changing.



Let us suppose your inner guidance chooses the virtue of Wisdom and
Enlightenment, which is the original purity of all ideas in Divine Mind. It is
the sound of the letter A, soft A as in ahhhh., and shines with a light blue
radiance.



To activate the 'as above, so below' law, begin your meditation of
seeing yourself as a tiny dot in your solar plexus with your body a vast
universe all around. Call upon us, The Angels of 'Belifares', and ask for our
help in becoming aware of the light blue divine virtue of wisdom, the original
purity of all ideas, penetrating all of your inner creation, and being present
in it everywhere, through all time and space. Feel the gifts of clairvoyance
and clairaudience etc. that wisdom brings. Do this with the sensation of ease
and relaxation, because Divine Wisdom is a virtue of the air element.

Keeping the rhythm of your breath natural, with your outbreath see
this light blue light of wisdom and enlightenment, and the feelings of its
gifts, passing through the pores of the skin over the lungs, filling everywhere
and everything in Creation, especially the people in the situation you are
changing. Visualize and feel enlightenment awakening within them and persisting
over time, for as long as your inner guidance directs.



Visualize the light blue light and feel enlightenment, with its

mystical faculties of clairvoyance and clairaudience, alive and
awake

in all as all.



Keeping the rhythm of the breath normal, with the inbreath visualize
and feel the light blue light and feeling of the gifts of enlightenment coming
back into you through the pores of the skin over the lungs.



Do this as many times as inner guidance directs. When you are
finished with the mediation, dissolve the light in your body so that the balance
of elements is protected.

Mastering the cosmic language, and manifesting miracles is supremely
simple.



Because all life is a Unified Field, when a person emits a sign wave
frequency of blazing light and feeling of a divine virtue that is already
omnipresent, a domino effect of activating it can be created in the
consciousness and feeling of other Children of Light and Love.



It comes about naturally when the four brainwave states of pure
being and will [Delta], deep inward thought [Theta], emotional feelings and
psychic faculties [Alpha], and logic, memory, and five senses [Beta] are all
absorbed and tracking on the same divine virtue or group of divine virtues.



The Akashic level is that of pure being that turns into will.
Whenever you call upon The Angels of 'Belifares', we instantly help awaken
within you the awareness of the omnipresent, omnipotent pure being of any divine
virtue. We help you be one with the divine virtue, to recognize and feel it
everywhere in everything.



As you do this, your will and deep inward thought, your feelings,
and your logical mind come into alignment, creating your own four part sine wave
of electrical brainwave energy that piggybacks on the everlasting almighty
sinewave of the original divine virtue, and then you direct it through your
will.



Over time, by practicing mastery, enough pure being, strength of
will, clarity of thought, emotional passion, and clear sensation is evoked to
produce a perfect sine wave, a powerful vibratory "shock" wave.



This multidimensional consciousness waveform is aligned with
Universal Mind and Feeling, with Divine Consciousness and Feeling already
present everywhere. It goes out and AWAKENS the already present divine
consciousness wherever you direct it.



Remember that If the divine quality is activated in a timeless and
spaceless way, it manifests on the mental plane for all of creation.



If the divine quality is activated in will in a particular space, it
manifests on the emotional plane.



If the divine quality is activated in will in a certain space and
time, it manifests on the material plane.





This assignment must be repeated over and over to convince the
analytical aspect of Beta level of thinking, dominant in many people, of the
truth of this. There must be many memories of this working, and logic must be
satisfied. The five senses must see over and over consistant change in the
behavior of the people and things in order to believe.



The more deeply you focus and concentrate on a divine virtue ALREADY
EXISTING IN AND PENETRATING yourself and creation, and every person and thing
you are working with, the more definitive are the results.



This is especially true if you ask Us

to assist you in magnifying the effect.



Then, the more that you WILL a divine virtue to manifest, the more
that you FEEL its presence, the more that you SENSE its element [penetration,
warmth, coolness, or weight] the more astounding are the results.



While you are in this state of consciousness, every breath that you
exhale increases the ripple effect.



When you add to this, a request to the BEINGS OF THE ELEMENTS, to
join with you and add their power of BEING, PENETRATION, WILL,THOUGHT, FEELING,
AND SENSATION to yours, then the effects are remarkable beyond description.



Enjoy and experiment with this exercise.



The more you do, the more you will relax into the glory of your
power as a Son or Daughter of The Creator. It will be obvious HOW the Children
of Light and Love were given dominion over all that was created.





Remember, the principle of Akasha is the principle of CONSCIOUSNESS
PENETRATING ALL.

Note: In keeping the rhythm of the breath normal in the meditation
of the divine virtues, at first this will seem difficult. However, this
difficulty disappears with time, and with practice keeping the normal rhythm of
the breath becomes easy and natural. It is VERY important to develop this
skill, in order to avoid breathing problems.

B.Universal Life, a light violet radiance, manifests polarity

right eye is formed from this divine virtue.

E.Universal life is omnipresent, and this omnipresence shines with a
deep purple light, in the musical note of D, and the sensation of consciousness
penetrating all. The spine is formed from this divine virtue.

L..The omnipresent Universal Life is filled with the vitality,
morality, and majesty and splendor of the Divine. This vitality and splendor is
comprised of all the divine virtues taken together, and shines with an olive
green light, in the musical note of F, and the sensation of ease and relaxation.
The spleen is formed from this divine virtue.

F.The divine virtue of the legality of harmony between pure being,
will, thought, feeling, and sensation, is the key to manifest the divine virtues
in all worlds of Universal Life. The legality of harmony between pure being,
will, thought, feeling, and sensation shines with a light green light, in the
musical note of F sharp, with the sensation of weight. The left hand is formed
from this virtue.

A.Divine wisdom, and the original purity of all ideas in Divine
Mind, shines with a light blue radiance, in the note of G, with the sensation of
ease and relaxation. The lungs are formed from this virtue.

R.and comes through the inner guidance of all beings in Universal
Life. The virtue of inner guidance shines with a golden light, in the note of
C, and the sensation of weight. The left side of the nose is formed from this
virtue.

E.everywhere, through of all beings in Creation, in the note of D,
with the sensation of consciousness penetrating all.

S.The highest good of all concerned is the penetrating power of
Divine Will in everything, and by aligning individual will with this Divine
Will, control over everything is possible. Penetrating Divine Will for the
highest good of all shines with a purple red light in the note of G sharp, with
the sensation of warmth and expansion. The gall bladder is formed from it.
