Beloved,



Because of free will, the heavenly hosts of justice and protection are
called into active service through the prayers of those who desire protection
under divine law and justice.





Divine interventions accelerate the speed at which injustice is healed all
over the planet.



As people and organizations reap results of their creations on the four
levels of being, they learn through personal experience to create what they
themselves want at the core of their being, namely the highest good of all, and
the virtues of harmony, beauty, justice, forgiveness, understanding, and love,
that all life requires.





Move in harmony with all and this harmony protects you from the effects of
the inharmony of any other being.



We are the heavenly host who protect the Children of Light and Love in
matters of earthly living.


Through the divine virtues of the letters of 'Breffeo' , we offer
protection from all sorts of harm.



During infancy, when the Delta brainwave activity of pure being and will
is naturally dominant, a person intuitively feels unity and omnipresence, and
oneness with Divine power and love and the presence of the heavenly hosts.



"Ye must be as little children to enter the kingdom of heaven."



It is for this reason that quieting down the activity of mind and emotion,
and reaching again into that very deep place of Divine Unity, pure being and
Divine Will for the highest good of all, the deep stillness of Delta brainwaves,
is so necessary

In finding the "peace that passeth understanding".



When a person desires to again feel the presence of Divinity and the
heavenly hosts, and have our help always, it becomes important to unite with the
divine virtues in conscious awareness and feeling. By meditating deeply on the
divine virtue represented by each letter of our name, the original innocence and
trust of early childhood is restored.



To the extent that civil and social laws protect the highest good of all
concerned, then these laws are indeed divinely legal, to the extent that these
laws fall short of this, they must be corrected by using the Law of Laws, the
Law of One.





Divine Justice and Harmony is predicated on this Original Law, which is
the Highest Law of All. It is the LAW OF ONE.



This law states that we are all one, and that when one is harmed, all are
harmed. Likewise, when one is helped, all are helped.

We are all one.

When one is helped, all are helped.

Therefore, in the name of my being, which is one with all there is,

I ask that only that which is the highest good of all concerned

I give thanks that this is done.

We remind the Children of Light and Love to Invoke this law, addressing it
to all beings on all levels, to create the highest protection and harmony.



By using the LAW OF ONE, a Child of Light and Love establishes connection
with the Unified Field of THE ONE, and thereby unites with all beings in
consciousness as ONE BEING. At this level of awareness, connection with
omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence and infinite love is established and
accessed for the highest good of ALL.



Consider the first letter B, of 'Breffeo', which refers to Universal Life,
to all beings on all levels, and therefore all polarity in all created universes
on all levels and in all planes of existence. As long as there is Universal
Life, and time and space, there must be polarity. One begets the other. There
is an in and an out, an up and a down, cold and hot. There is electricity
and magnetism.



The positive cannot exist without the negative in time and space.
Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient Divine Providence enables these polarities
to WORK TOGETHER FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL CONCERNED through the Law of One.



Understanding the harmony of polarity is THE KEY to understanding the
nature of universal consciousness, and the path to mastery of the
electro-magnetic fluid, of will and feeling, and life and death.



The divine virtue of Universal Life and polarity shines with a light
violet to the musical note of A. The element is earth, so it has the sensation
of weight. The right eyeball is formed from this virtue.





The next divine virtue is the virtue of becoming the master and guardian
of freedom and independence, of following inner guidance. This is the virtue of
letter R. By following inner guidance from Divine Providence, a person
intuitively attunes to the Law of One, the highest good of ALL concerned.





'In this state there is the feeling of freedom of any pressing burden of
the laws, for by the mastery of all the preceding virtues you have achieved a
state of maturity by which this feeling of independence has been transformed
into an absolute state of security and unimpeachability. This comes from the
realization of the harmony and perfection of all divine laws and the
identification and love of them so intensely that they have actually become
merged with oneself. In this case you are the personification and
representation of the divine laws and they will serve you, and your sense of
freedom will derive from them rather than in spite of them.'





This is a very high state of consciousness, but it is the state that every
human being is destined to accomplish. It is for this reason that it is taught,
"the truth is written within your heart".



The color is golden. The musical note is C. The element is earth. The
left side of the nose is formed from this virtue.





The virtue of letter E of 'Breffeo' is omnipresence, or the indwelling
Divine consciousness and feeling that exists everywhere in everything.



By meditating on this virtue, a person unites individual consciousness and
feeling with Cosmic Consciousness and Feeling and becomes one with all life.
This virtue is used in transferring higher states of consciousness onto self and
others. This virtue allows the understanding of all beings in creation.





The color of this virtue is dark violet, the musical note is D, it is the
akasha element which has the sensation of Divine Consciousness-penetrating-all.
The spine is formed from this virtue.





The virtue of letter F of 'Breffeo' is the KEY to our assignment from
universal consciousness.



F is the divine virtue of the legality of harmony in all visible worlds.



This virtue reveals much about the "As above, so below" law. A person
meditating on this virtue sees that the perfection of the macrocosm MUST be
reflected in the microcosm. Heaven MUST be reflected in Earth. The perfection
of the Creator MUST manifest in Creation.



Legality is harmony. Harmony is legality. True divine harmony occurs on
all levels at once.



The visible worlds manifest in the planes of will, thought, emotion, and
form.



It is this virtue that reveals the legality of the perfection of the ONE
OMNIPRESENT, OMNIPOTENT, OMNISCIENT BEING manifesting throughout all levels of
will, thought, feeling, and form, through all the realms of fire, air, water,
and earth.



By meditating on this virtue, the use of will, mind, emotion, and
sensation to embody the divine virtues is understood.



This virtue shines with a light green light with a yellowish tint, to the
musical note of F sharp. The element is earth, so it has the sensation of
weight. The left hand is formed from this virtue.



F. Adepts of high wisdom who have mastered harmony on these four levels
are absolutely free of any injustice on any level. When you ask for the
assistance of the angels of Breffeo, we join our consciousness over yours
through intuition, and the four levels of harmony flood your being as you move
through life. As you move in harmony with all that is, we protect you from the
effects of the inharmony of any other being.





For example, if you are in a strange country and do not know the customs,
as long as you stay IN HARMONY, you will not be unjustly accosted or accused.



Becoming one with the virtue of omnipresence, the letter E of 'Breffeo',
enables a person to communicate with all other beings, and to materialize and
dematerialize anything on the physical plane.





'A child of Light and Lovelearns to intensify any idea, concept, mental or
emotional form in such a way that they will become physically visible. The
condensing capacity of this letter gave existence to everything material-to
physical matter- and also to the mysteries of the opposite procedure, by which
everything material may be transferred back into its refined and most subtle
form.'





The last letter of 'Breffeo' is the letter O, which is first pronounced as
a soft O, and then as umlaut O, oe.



When the sound of letter O is soft, it isthe sound of the initiation into
the original principle of divine justice. 'Mentally you will be able to give
expression to the absolute legality of harmony in all four basic qualities of
the elements. You will have a high power of judgement and the ability to
comprehend spiritually any legality, any interference by Divine Providence for
the sake of justice. You will never be able to condemn anyone unjustly. This
will bring about the abilities to create any change in the emotional situations
that you find yourself in and to have absolute success and happiness on all
levels.'





The ability to control emotions is the ability to control the element of
water and magnetism, which is the ability to attract. It is also the ability to
manifest anything on the physical level.





This virtue has an ultramarine blue color, the musical note of C, and is
the earth element so it has the sensation of weight. It formed the throat and
windpipe.





When the sound of O is umlaut O, oe, then it is the virtue of
transmutation, the virtue of cognition brought about by Love Divine, of seeing,
and thereby enlivening, the divine perfect blueprint within each and every
creation.





This virtue shines with a deep orange light, and has the sensation of
ethereal earth, or weight penetrating all. It vibrates to the musical note of
D-sharp, and the ovaries and testicles are formed from it.
