Beloved,



The Earth is a water planet, and the bodies of the Children of
Light are water bodies.



The physical body of a Child of Light and Love is over 90 percent
water.



Emotions, in physical form, are water and water is emotion.
Emotions are flowing energy and therefore create magnetic fields. Flowing
feelings create magnetism that attracts physical situations and forms into
manifestation, out of the infinite storehouse of the All That Is.



By mastering feeling and emotion, aligning individual feelings with
Divine Feelings of Love and the virtues, a person attracts any situation on
Earth according to inner guidance from Divine Providence.



Mastery over emotions and feelings means that a Child of Light
experiences and flows with strong emotional states of Divine Virtues and
Attributes at will.



Negative feelings and emotions are cleansed, healed, purified and
made positive once again, whenever necessary, through allowing all feelings,
especially negative ones, to flow with an attitude of compassion and
unconditional all encompassing Divine Love, without acting them out
destructively to self, others, or property. Feelings transmute into clarity and
perfect purity in the presence of compassion, understanding, and Divine Love.



Mastery over flowing emotions and feelings not only gives mastery
over magnetism and what realities manifest on Earth, it also gives mastery over
water and the beings of water, called Undines.



Each of the five elements is populated by intelligent beings.



The beings of Akasha are omnipresent beings at one with qualities
and quantities of the omnipresent Divine Mind. The beings of Fire, the
Salamanders, are beings of will. The beings of Air, the Sylphs, are beings of
thought. The beings of Water, the Undines, are beings of feeling. The beings of
Earth, the Gnomes, are beings of attunement to weight and form. Each being, of
each element, is conscious and plays its part in the sympathy of Creation.



In the constellation of Aries, The Will to Love is creating and
birthing new realities in will, thought, feeling, and form. Through the heavenly
host and virtues of 'Hahadu', a Child of Light and Love works cooperatively with
the beings of the elements, especially the water element, to attract loving
conditions upon the Earth.



Undines are ancient spirits who flow with powerful emotion.



Because feelings precede changes in physical form, an important key
is to master personal feelings so that they embody the feelings of specific
divine virtues, and then direct Undines to flow with these feelings too. This
is done through the virtue of H, the Power of the Word, of 'Hahadu'.



Undines have tremendous power of magnetism. A Child of Light
communicates and directs Undines through feelings, joining individual flowing
feelings with the flowing feelings of the Undines. The power of feelings joined
together in this way is analogous to the merging of small streams and rivers
into larger ones. There is NO LIMIT to the gigantic power of magnetism that can
be produced by working together.



The Angels of 'Hyris', 19 degrees Aries, introduced this mastery.
The Angels of 'Hahadu', further teach the mysteries of the element of water, the
beings who inhabit this realm, and of feelings.



The water element stays clean and pure by flowing. Stagnant water
becomes poisonous. The same is true of emotions and feelings.



Attracting new loving conditions means releasing old conditions that
no longer serve the highest good of all. Releasing what no longer serves the
highest good is the virtue of letter umlaut A, AE, of 'Hahadu'.



Here is one of our basic meditations for releasing negative
feelings:



Stop now and check your feelings. What are you feeling? What
feeling is the strongest for you right now. Where in your body is this feeling
being stored?



Stop now and breathe deeply. Close your eyes. Feel the feeling that
you have just identified in your body temple. Flow with it. Positive or
negative, flow with this feeling in an attitude of all encompassing
unconditional love, compassion and understanding.



If the feeling is negative, flow with it and sympathize with it
just as you would the feelings of a small upset child. Feelings change only
when they are felt and allowed to express themselves. Unblock this feeling.
Instead of being afraid of it, judging it, resisting it, bypassing it, acting it
out destructively to self or others, or medicating it, unblock this feeling and
flow with it with an attitude of understanding and compassion. Allow your
feeling to flow and therefore to change.



If you are stuck, if your feeling is damned up, and you feel numbed
out and cannot get it to flow, then start with the FEELING of being numbed out,
the FEELING of being stuck and blocked.



It is helpful to use eye movement while feeling, to enhance the flow
process in meditation.



Using eye movement, which is moving the eyes back and forth, left to
right and back again over and over, at any speed that is comfortable to you, is
exactly what your body does naturally when you dream each night. This eye
movement unblocks emotional energy and shifts life force rhythmically back and
forth between the two hemispheres of the brain.



If frightening and uncomfortable feelings come up to be healed,
call on us to watch over you as you allow these frightening feelings to flow.
By understanding and loving these feelings, instead of being afraid or ashamed
of them, they cleanse and heal quickly.



Painful feelings usually reawaken an old painful memory of a
traumatic time when you felt separated from divine bliss. If they do, remember
this time and relive it, flowing with all of the feelings that come up.



When feelings flow in a non-destructive way, they change, because
that is the nature of feelings and of the water element. They heal through
being felt. By remembering a painful event through from beginning to end,
enough times to bring up all the buried feelings associated with it, feelings
that have been stored in the body tissue as tension release and change.



In this way, flowing with feelings like water flowing in a river, a
person changes and heals all the old feelings and awakens new insights and
resolution.



Many people have a lifetime of trauma and pain that has been
bottled up inside, and when a person is ready, these feelings gush out to be
healed. Something will happen in present time to unexpectedly trigger a
forgotten traumatic memory, giving access to an earlier time and event. This is
a golden opportunity to heal the wounded child hidden deep within. It is also A
VERY IMPORTANT and precious opportunity to reawaken early memories and thereby
access and strengthen brainwave patterns that are necessary to enlightenment.



The triggering event could be as simple as seeing a person wearing
the same color dress as that which was worn by an abuser or victim who was part
of an early trauma, or it could be a similar phrase, piece of music, weather
condition, interpersonal situation, similar place, or a combination of these
types of similarities to an old traumatic event.



When you are overwhelmed with despair, anger, betrayal,
hopelessness, fear, or any group of powerful negative feelings, think of this as
the darkness before the dawn. In allowing these negative feelings to deeply flow
in a nondestructive way and take you back to an earlier emotional trauma, old
unconscious feelings that have been stored as tension in body tissues finally
rise up to the surface and flow out into the light of day, so that deep profound
and permanent healing in the soul can unfold.



Allow feelings TO BE.



Regardless of the type and nature of the feelings, be they
happiness, boredom, peace, anxiety, shock, satisfaction, fear, hope, doubt,
numbness, or joy, just LET FEELINGS BE AND FLOW.



That is their nature.



They must flow in order to heal themselves.



Do not judge feelings. Do not make them go away or be reasonable.



Just havy sympathy and compassion for them, feel them with
unconditional love and acceptance. This love itself, and the process of
flowing, heals any emotion or feeling. Use eye movement if you feel blocked.



It bears repeating that if feelings are very negative, flowing with
them in an understanding and non-destructive way allows an important traumatic
memory to gush up for healing. AT TIMES LIKE THIS, IT TAKES MASTERY to refrain
from ACTING OUT DESTRUCTIVELY and mastery to refrain from ASSUMING THAT THE
PRESENT SITUATION AND REALITY ITSELF IS NEGATIVE.



Reliving a memory and its feelings enough times from beginning to
end brings up forgotten aspects of the original wounding event that changes the
perception of WHY and HOW the original painful event happened. Important
life-changing new insights brings understanding, forgiveness, and compassion.
These powerful insights become part of the healing restructuring of self,
others, and the nature of reality.



New insight about why and how a previous emotional trauma happened
transforms negative beliefs about reality that were formed by the traumatized
child.



New insights, made by the adult self that is reliving the original
memory of the event, transforms negative beliefs that were formed by the child
self during the original traumatic event. For example, suppose a child was
severely beaten for something that did not seem wrong to the child. The child
begins to believe that reality is nonsensical, and that it is dangerous.



The child no longer feels safe, understood, or loved, and may even
begin to question and doubt his own judgment and inner guidance.



In reliving the event later, the adult self remembers that the
father was drunk at the time, and had just lost his job. The father was overcome
with stress and fear. In reliving the memory in this way, the inner child has
the insight that the beating really had nothing to do with what the child had
been doing at the time, and everything to do with the father acting out
destructively his pain and frustration.



This, and other related insights, lead to better understanding,
compassion, forgiveness, and self image.



The inner child begins to realize that life is not necessarily
nonsensical, that there is a Cause and Effect for everything, a Cause and Effect
that can be understood and mastered.



The process of remembering is a similar neurological process to that
of having a dream. It is possible to interact in a dream, and it is also
possible to interact in a memory.



In the process of remembering, the inner child can say to the
father the things that he or she did not feel safe enough, or centered enough,
to say in the original event, and the child can pray for guidance and help from
the Divine, instead of feeling helpless and victimized.



It is even possible, during the remembering, for the adult self to
talk to the child self and reassure the little child, that the adult self is now
protecting and nurturing the child from now on.



These new insights, taken together with the flowing of feelings,
bring about healing on both emotional and mental levels.



When creatively interacting with people and situations in a memory,
it is important to take time to see and hear the responses made by recipients of
these interactions.



For example, in the case above, in which the child in the memory
asks for help from the heavenly hosts, it is important for the child to take
time to witness which heavenly hosts come in, what they look like, and what they
do to change the situation.



In this case, perhaps many angels, or a beloved ancestor, or saint,
or Christ, arrives and blesses everyone involved with peace, forgiveness, and
understanding.



If the child creatively speaks to the father during the reliving of
the memory, It is important for the child to listen to what the father says in
response.



A memory is made up of three things; visual impressions, emotions,
and thoughts. As the mental pictures, the feelings, and the thoughts associated
with a memory change, the memory is permanently healed.



The original images, feelings and beliefs have changed into
positive ones.



At the very end of the process, it is important to remember the
original visual image of the traumatic event and visualize merging it into the
final visual healing image that arose during the healing process.



Push these two images together, the original picture with the
final healing image, and meditate on what happens to both of them when they are
merged together.



This final process produces a visual image that becomes the new
permanent memory, the RESOLUTION IMAGE, associated with the memory from then on.
The memory will now always be remembered as the resolution image.



In the water element, FLOWING IS THE KEY TO TRANSFORMATION.
Complete flowing brings complete transformation.



The purpose of reliving a memory over and over, from beginning to
end, is to completely feel ALL the feelings involved so that they finally change
and are no longer stored in the unconscious and in the body tissue.



If feelings are positive, flowing with them opens them up into
expanded realms of joy, love, peace, (etc.) and creativity. Either way, flowing
is the key.



The more you learn to flow with feelings, the more you become aware
of your feelings. LET THEM BE, and let your feelings flow. A Child of Light who
learns to do this learns to MOVE FROM FEAR OF FEELINGS TO UNCONDITIONAL ALL
ENCOMPASSING LOVE of them.



Unconditional all encompassing love transmutes all that it comes
into contact with, including feelings. When all feelings are flowing through a
heart that is always open and loving unconditionally, they cleanse and purify at
an amazing speed.







If feelings are negative, asking the water beings to help you heal
them, as your feelings flow, is very helpful. If feelings are positive, asking
the water beings to help them become even more beautiful is very helpful. Either
way, negative or positive, flowing feelings are the realm of water beings and
they are glad to help you.



Once you reach a stage where many of your early traumas have been
healed and your feelings flow freely on a moment to moment basis, then you are
in the best position to attune to the feelings of the divine virtues and
magnetically attract and communicate and work with Undines.



Once you arrive safely in a state of being in which your moment to
moment feelings are very real and powerful for you, and you meditate on the
divine virtues and feel them, your feelings create a powerful magnetic field
that attracts the manifestation of the divine virtues into physical reality.



If you are ever in a crowd of people who feel depressed, upset,
alienated, or any other feeling state that is less than positive, use the virtue
of the mysteries of creation, the letter D of 'Hahadu', and the virtue of the
act of creation and its ongoing effects, the letter U, to recreate the
emotional situation in time and space.



Following inner guidance, you might choose the letter G, which is
the virtue of Grace and Mercy. Visualize an emerald green color shining from a
tiny sun in your abdomen, seen as a hollow space.



Meditate on this emerald green light, and the feeling grace and
mercy, and true divine blessing, passing through your left eye with every out
breath, filling everyone there with true divine peacefulness and abundance, and
coming back in to you with every in breath.



Invoke in meditation the Undines within the physical bodies of
everyone there, and also the Undines in the waters in the outer world, to flow
with feelings of Grace and Mercy and abundance.



FEEL grace and mercy and abundance filling the past, present, and
future, bringing a refreshing sensation of coolness and true divine blessing.



FEEL grace and mercy and abundance filling the inner reality and
their outer reality.



Sound enlivens feeling, so if you can, inwardly intone the sound of
letter G to the musical note of F, while feeling true peacefulness of your own
spirit and theirs also.



Sense the feeling of coolness everywhere, in the Undines, within the
people and outside of them while the feelings of Grace and Mercy and abundance
permeate everything.



Feel the emotions of Divine Grace and Mercy and Abundance
penetrating everyone through all time and space; especially the people that you
are watching.



This is the Power of the Word in action.



The more powerfully you visualize the color emerald green, and flow
with feelings of peacefulness, Grace and Mercy, and Abundance, with the
sensation of coolness, the quicker and the more amazing are the changes that you
see and feel in the people around you, both immediately and over time.



Asking the beings of the water element to help increases the
magnetic power of all of this astronomically. Their power of their magnetism
combined with yours is teamwork in action.



Now you are truly a warrior of Love and this is your army!



Victory is easy.



This is how it is done. As you can see, everything depends on the
purity and power of feelings!



The letter H, the first letter of our name, is the Power of the
Word.



H represents the divine virtue of invoking and activating any of
the divine virtues at will, according to inner guidance, using the four
brainwave states of Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta. These correspond to pure
being and unity with All That Is, Will for the highest good of all concerned,
clear deep inner visualization and understanding of divine ideas, strong flowing
feeling, and sensation.



Once you have meditated on and mastered the letters with their
divine virtues, then whatever feelings and states of consciousness that you wish
to manifest on the physical plane is possible to you, especially with the help
of the beings of the five elements, particularly the Undines of the water
element.



Undines, the beings of the element of Water, are ready and willing
to help. Creating a magnetic field that attracts Paradise is their area of
expertise.

H..The divine virtues of the Cosmic Language, corresponding to the
letters of the alphabet, are manifested in Creation, through the will, thoughts,
feelings, and sensations of a Child of Light and Love, according to inner
guidance.

ability to release and let flow any conditions, feelings, and beliefs, that no
longer serve the highest good of all concerned, activates transformation into a
higher state.

H..The Power of the Word is used to will, conceive, and feel deep
emotions of a Divine Virtue in order to attract Heaven on Earth.

A. From the virtue of enlightenment, the original divine perfect
blueprint of everything is known. Whatever divine blueprint is chosen by inner
guidance is communicated with wisdom and occult faculties, such as clairvoyance
and clairaudience, artistic talent and eloquence, and control over the beings of

perfect divine blueprint becomes form, becomes a new creation, a new
manifestation of higher spiritual perfection on the Earth.

To meditate on our powers and become one with them:



Imagine that you are a tiny dot in your solar plexus and your body
is a huge swirling universe of galaxies all around you. Remember to dissolve
the light after each meditation in order to not disturb the body's balance.
Keep the rhythm of the breath natural to prevent disturbances in the lungs.





Visualize the entire inner and outer universe filled with silvery
light and a feeling of warmth shining from a tiny sun in the head region. [All
fire letters are to be seen as tiny suns in the head region.] The letter H is
the element of fire, which is the use of Willpower, so in a state of Pure Being,
feel oneness with Divine Consciousness and Feeling, and one with Divine Will for
the highest good of all.

Meditate on the Power of the Word and the truth that "All that I do
ye shall do and more."

As you feel the power of the word to manifest any divine virtue,
intone the sound of letter H to the note of A and imagine that you hear it sung
by countless angel voices. When breathing out, imagine the silvery violet
radiance of the Power of The Word passing through the pores
of the skin over the right arm and filling the outer universes,
with each in breath, imagine this radiance passing back through
these same pores and filling the body.

mysteries of death and transformation. Continue this meditation until you
realize that in reality there is no death, only transformation into a other

Attune your consciousness to wisdom and enlightenment, the original purity of

with each in breath, imagine this radiance passing back through
these same pores and filling the body.

Visualize a velvet black light shining from the solar plexus area.
[Virtues of the akashic element are seen as tiny suns shining in the midriff.].
Meditate on how the creative act causes on going effects, how every action
creates ripple effects that go on and on throughout time and space.



The importance of asking for inner guidance, so that every act is
the highest good of all concerned, becomes clear. This meditation brings about
the ability to receive clear guidance and to feel the effects of your actions
throughout time and space.



While feeling how the creative act is the original cause of
everything in creation, intone the sound of letter U to the musical note of B
with the sensation of the Akasha, of consciousness-penetrating-all.
