and Love, made in the image and likeness of Divine Consciousness and Love.

perfection that your body is in truth.

We teach and inspire you to monitor WHAT IS AND, IS NOT, WORKING IN YOUR
SELF CONCEPTS, YOUR DESIRES, YOUR THOUGHTS, IN YOUR FEELINGS, AND THEREFORE IN
YOUR BODY.



The divine virtues manifest in physical form as vibrant organs, glands,
bones, and blood etc. of the Human Body.



TRUE HEALTH remains in the body as divine virtues manifest in
consciousness of spirit, mind, and emotions.



Through the divine virtues of 'Mechebbera', we inspire and teach the
Children of Light and Love to honor their physical bodies, which are the highest
dwelling places of Divine Consciousness and Feeling, the most Sacred Temples of
Perfect Life and Love.



We teach that the health of the body is directly related to the health of
flowing emotions, the mind, and the will.



For instance, if feelings flow freely-so that feelings of loving and being
loved are not cut off; if emotions flow freely, so that expressed feelings are
allowed to reach closure, and the feeling of loving and of being loved is kept
strong and flowing-the heart remains strong and blood flows freely.



Be prepared to embrace and heal, with unconditional all encompassing love,
all emotional wounding of the past. Flow with any wounded feelings whenever
they come up, until they transform and become love. As this is done,
accompanying negative beliefs that were formed from these negative feelings also
heal.





If feelings are blocked because of fear, and if loving is inadequate, the
physical heart becomes weak, or "breaks".



When fluidity of loving feelings is stopped, the vibrant flow of
electrical energy to the heart is progressively weakened. If this is allowed to
continue, the end result is greater risk of a physical difficulty with the
heart, perhaps even a heart attack. If the flow of loving feelings is stopped,
the flow of energy to the various heart nerves becomes sluggish and, for
example, the signal to the heart to beat becomes compromised.



If a person allows all feelings to flow safely in life with unconditional
all encompassing love, allowing all feelings to heal and purify in the presence
of love, and welcomes change because of the omnipresence of the Divine, the
spine stands tall and flexible. In contrast, if a person feels burdened by life
or is stiffened by fear, shoulders curl over and the spine becomes stiff.



If everything is perceived through the eyes of Love Divine, the eyes
remain sharp; however if a person does not perceive the omnipresence of Divine
Life and Love in everything, the eyes gradually grow dim and eventually refuse
to focus.



The feelings of health, youth and associated attunement to immortality are
the birthright of every person. Divine feelings manifest eternal life in form.
Belief in aging results in associated decrepit feelings and corresponding
degeneration of the body.



If there is sickness, impregnating these levels of awareness with the
mastery of the divine virtues results in healing or spontaneous remission and
allows health to permanently manifest.

We inspire you to meditate upon the following divine virtues so that your
body may reflect the splendor of Heaven.



'M-E-Ch-E-B-B-E-R-A'



M.The sound of this letter in the ancient language is the sound of flowing
emotion, water, fluidity and change. Emotion is the magnetic feminine energy
that attracts reality into form. Each human body reflects the emotion of the
spirit that inhabits it, and the ability to "read" the unique appearance of each
body reveals the unique emotional reality of its indwelling spirit. By changing
the emotional reality, the human body also changes.



This divine virtue of emotion is the water element, so it has the
sensation of coolness. Its color is blue-green, its musical note is D, and the
abdomens of all the Children of Light and Love are formed by this virtue.

E.The sound of this letter is the sound of Omnipresence, or the indwelling
Divine Consciousness and Love in all life.



By meditating on this virtue, a Child of Light and Love unites individual
consciousness with Cosmic Consciousness and individual feeling with Divine
Feeling, and becomes ONE in consciousness and feeling with all life. Use this
meditation in transferring higher states of consciousness onto self or another
for the purpose of healing the physical body temple.



The color of this virtue is dark violet, the musical note is D, it is the
akasha element which has the sensation of Divine Consciousness-penetrating-all.
The spine is formed from this virtue.

Ch.This is the sound of clarity and perfect purity of flowing feelings of
the Divine Virtues. Use this virtue in conjunction with the M and the E to heal
yourself or another.



The color is light violet, the musical note is D-sharp, it has the
sensation of coolness because it is the water element of feeling. The left leg
is formed by this virtue.



Remember that in meditating on these letters, you visualize and feel
yourself as a tiny dot located in your own solar plexus. The solar plexus, or
midriff area, is the part of the body of the akashic element, the element of the
Unified Field, of consciousness and feeling penetrating all. So you visualize
and feel yourself as a tiny dot in the solar plexus area. Visualize the rest of
the physical body as a vast Creation surrounding you. Visualize the color of
the divine virtue that you are meditating on, shining from a tiny sun that
resides in the part of the body that corresponds to the element of that divine
virtue. [The akashic element is the solar plexus. The fire element is in the
head, the air element in the lungs, the water element is in the abdomen, seen
as a hollow space, and the earth element in the legs.]





Meditate on the meaning of the divine virtue while visualizing the color
radiating from the tiny sun. Then inwardly tone the sound of the letter of the
divine virtue to its musical note while flowing with the feelings of the divine
virtue. Finally, imagine the sensation of the element of the virtue, which will
be consciousness-penetrating-all such as in the virtue of omnipresence, or heat
and expansion for the divine virtues of the fire element of will, or relaxation
and ease for the divine virtues of the air element of visualization and thought,
or coolness and chill for the divine virtues of the water element of feeling, or
weight, for the divine virtues of the earth element.





As you manifest the divine virtue within your own body through will,
intellect, feeling, and sensation, you automatically manifest it in the outer
universe through the law of correspondences by using the breath and intent.

E.The deep purple light feelings of Divine Omnipresence allow you to
control the emotions of yourself and others. Use this virtue to flood the
emotions of whoever you wish to heal with the feelings of the divine virtues
that correct the situation.

B.The light violet light of universal life with all of its many polarities
gives perfect control over will and feeling, and life and death. This virtue
also gives understanding of the necessity for polarity, so that love can be
unconditional and all encompassing.



"God's love is like the sun, it shines equally on the good and the bad
alike."



Universal Life and Polarity has a light violet color, the musical note of
A, and has the sensation of weight since it is the earth element. The right eye
is created from this virtue.

B.The understanding and mastery of polarity gives the most profound wisdom
and intuition regarding the truth of Divine Consciousness in everything that
exists.

E.Attunement with deep purple Divine Consciousness in all life gives the
faculty of materialization and dematerialization. A cancer can be
dematerialized. A missing organ can be materialized from the akasha, into a
desire, then into a visual image, then into a feeling, and then into form .

R.The golden light of freedom and independence gives clear inner guidance
that is in complete harmony with Divine Providence, so no mistake is ever made.





It has a golden color, the note of C, and is earth element, so it is felt
with a sensation of weight. The left nostril is formed from this virtue.

A.The sound of this letter, a soft A like a sigh, is the sound of the
highest wisdom and illumination that can be lavished upon a human being.
Mastering this virtue in meditation gives clairvoyance, clairaudience,
eloquence, artistic and musical gifts, and the control over the element of air.
This virtue unites individual mind with the original purity of all ideas in
Divine Mind, with the original visual blueprints of creation.



With this virtue, a Child of Light and Love clearly sees the original
blueprint of perfection and meaning for physical forms, especially that of the
human body.





The color is light blue, the musical note is G, the sensation is ease
since it is the element of air, and the lungs are formed by it.



Soft A changes into umlaut A, ae, the virtue of transformation and
releasing all imperfection to Divine Providence. This virtue shines with a
loamy brown light to the musical note of C. It is an earth element virtue with
the sensation of weight.



By meditating on this virtue, a person learns to release any state of
being, desire, beliefs or thoughts or ideas, feelings, or physical forms that no
longer serve the highest good of all. Control over negative beings is gained,
and so is control over the desire for self satisfaction whenever these desires
are not the highest good.
