Beloved,



'We inspire mankind to be economical and to put aside reserves for winter
and times of scarcity.'

bad harvests, of famines, and emergency.'



'We offer protection for these times so that people do not suffer.'





Life energy is feeling and emotions flow according to cycles. Each stage
of a cycle brings important blessings and fruits. For instance, during cycles
of lack, the feelings of faith, creativity, genius, patience, inner strength,
frugality, co-operation, unity, thankfulness for small things, and persistence
blossom. These fruits nourish and bless future emotional cycles of plenty and
harvest.



Learning to attune to and surrender to the flow of cycles of emotional
energy is the path of least resistance, and is analogous to swimming with the
current instead of against it.



The web of life is one interdependent field of flowing, changing,
emotional energy and is designed to operate with maximum efficiency and minimum
effort.



Because love is the medium of least resistance, loving everything, every
desire, thought, feeling, and form with unconditional all encompassing love,
instead of resisting and judging, creates a field of non-resistance and thereby
lowers stress. Love transmutes everything that it touches into its divine
blueprint.

Flowing feeling, fluidity, and the change process is the divine virtue of
letter M, the first letter of 'Masadu'. This is the Divine Feminine Energy of
feeling and emotion, and is magnetic, attracting realities into form. By
attuning with love to the natural magnetic flows of Divine Emotion in Creation,
a Child of Light and Love is in tune with cycles of plenty and cycles of lack,
which balance each other.



"As above, so below."







Attuning to the original purity of all ideas in Divine Mind gives a Child
of Light clairvoyance and other occult faculties, and understanding of the
divine purposes for the normal cycles of life. This is the divine virtue of
letter A of 'Masadu'.



All-penetrating-Divine-Will for the highest good of all is omnipresent in
everything. All of creation is endowed with this indwelling will for the
highest good of all concerned. For this reason, even insects and animals
instinctively attune to this will and live according to principles of economy
and storing energy. This is the divine virtue of letter S.



By using mastery, and reserving energy on all levels to use in times of
need, a Child of Light and Love always has abundance.



Freedom from clinging to any desire, thought, feeling, or possession which
is no longer serving the highest good, is the divine virtue of letter umlaut A,
AE of 'Masadu'. This is the virtue of release, and therefore it is the virtue
of control of passion and negative beings. Release is the virtue of
transformation, and reveals the mysteries of life and death and their
transformation. In reality there is no true death, only transformation into a
higher state.



Understanding the mysteries of creation is the virtue of letter D. This
virtue reveals how love creates on every level, including the earthly levels of
fertility and propagation.



The act of creation and understanding its ongoing effects through time is
the virtue of letter U. This virtue enables a Child of Light and Love to go
into deep trance states and alter destiny, and see the ongoing results.









These virtues give guidance and inspiration on economy of energy on the
planes of consciousness-penetrating-all, of will, of thought, and of feeling.



As the heavenly host of energy ecomnomy, our responsibility

is to inspire each person with timely premonitions and warnings in plenty
of time to prepare for any situation that requires the use of reserves of energy
on any level.



Each plane of energy, the plane of akasha, will, thought, feeling, and
form, has its own unique rules of reserving and storing energy.



On the plane of consciousness-penetrating-all, the akasha, the way to
store and reserve energy is to spend ten percent of the time attuning to Divine
Virtues permeating all of inner and outer space.



On the spiritual plane, the plane of will, desire, and intention, a person
stores energy by not acting out ten percent of natural impulses, such as eating
or speaking. Energy is also stored by reclaiming willpower by following inner
guidance instead of outer authorities.



An impulse that is not acted upon is stored as will energy that can be
used at a later time.



Any person, organization, or system of thought that has been made into an
authority or source of guidance must be made secondary to inner guidance.
Receive guidance from the omnipresent One Life that penetrates All, from Divine
Providence, from the still small voice within, to align individual will with
Divine Will, which is omnipotent.



If you have dampened down your will in order to follow the will of
someone or something else, reclaiming this energy increases the supply of sacred
will-power to use in attunement to Divine Will. A Wise Teacher helps you learn
how to go within and follow your own inner guidance. Attuning to the Divine
Will purifies and perfects the personal will.



Discriminate between desires that are uplifting and those that create
pain. Heal and purify the ones that create pain, by releasing them, by letting
them go and not clinging to them.



Will Power energy that is aligned with Divine Will is all that is
necessary to maintain balance in the inner and outer worlds and manifest heaven
on earth.





On the mental plane, the plane of thoughts and ideas, the way to store
energy is to nurture only ideas that feel invigorating and uplifting . Any
thought or idea that diminishes life, that leaves you feeling less, is toxic,
like rotten food and should be discarded.



The perfect idea or thought is one that uplifts All Life. Devote one
tenth of your thought energy to creating and formulating ideas and thoughts that
add value to the stores of wisdom on earth. As part of daily practices,
devoting

time to possibility thinking {sometimes called "what if" thinking}
satisfies this need.



In possibility thinking, visions and ideas are entertained which seem
beautiful and uplifting, creating new realities which are yet to be manifested.



During possibility thinking ideas are embellished, nurtured, explored and
embraced which break outside of old paradigms, expand the scope of what is
considered customary, and are inspiring in and of themselves regardless of
apparent practicality. Any idea qualifies to be embraced if it is accompanied by
a noticeable increase in positive emotional energy. An idea is

especially valuable if it continues to generate more energy the more you
meditate on it.



On the emotional plane, learn to distinguish between uplifting emotions
and depressing ones. Heal the depressing ones through recapitulation, feeling
them through in a safe and non-destructive loving environment until they heal
and purify themselves. With positive feelings, give, love. The more you give
emotional loving energy, the more you reap.



Hold back one tenth of the feelings from the outer world and give them to
the inner worlds through meditation and prayer.



One paradox with so called negative

emotions is that more energy is produced by expressing them safely than by
stuffing,

avoiding or controlling them. It takes tremendous energy to dam up
painful emotional energy, whereas releasing it in a safe way creates energy.



In this case energy is generated by expending it through flowing.
Flowing and change is the nature of the emotional plane.



The key to storing vitality is to hold back on one-tenth of all impulses
to act. Every time an impulse to do something is stopped, the vital energy and
chemicals in the bloodstream that are generated to do it are stored for future
use. This stored energy builds and builds until there is enough for any
emergency.



This practice of controlling impulses builds mastery.



Examples of doing this are as simple as stopping the impulse to get up
from a chair or the impulse to speak one tenth of the times that you have them.



On the plane of matter and form, the way to store energy is to live
modestly and simply according to inner guidance, instead of according to popular
social values.

In this way upkeep of material possessions is not overwhelming and
draining.



Listen to inner guidance so that you save enough necessary supplies in
cycles of abundance to withstand cycles of scarcity. Share one tenth of
material supplies in charity

in a way that bears good fruit.



"Give unto God one tenth of your time and energy."





Scientist say that the brain is tired after 55 minutes of focused
concentration (the actual number is 54). Fifty four minutes of interaction
focusing on the outer world should be balanced by six minutes every hour spent
in inward focus.



If you are focusing on the inner world primarily, then the opposite is
true. Spend 54 minutes in inner concentration and 6 minutes refreshing yourself
on the beauty of the outer world.



One tenth of each hour spent in balancing flow of focus allows a person
to manifest the state of consciousness that manifests heaven on earth both in
the micro- and macrocosm.



These skills are important to the health and the survival of all beings on
all levels.
