Beloved,



The 15th degree of Leo is known as THE HEART OF THE LION. The lion is one
of the Four Living Creatures before the throne of The Creator, and represents
courage and valour of Divine Being.



True valour is successful when it is balanced by Pure Being and ONENESS
WITH ALL, will that is aligned with Divine Will for the highest good of all,
clear visualization, understanding, feeling and sensation.



We help the Children of Light and Love achieve balance between pure being,
will, thought, feeling, and sensation through The Power of the Word, and the
other divine virtues of 'Herich'.



Our particular emphasis is on the 'connections between the mental,
emotional and physical world, that is, in the correlative action of the mental,
emotional and physical fluids in the body and nature, and furthermore, in the
disharmonies caused by these fluids, and in the restoration of harmonies.'



There are five levels of manifestation.



The original level is the level of causes, the akasha, which is the
element of the Unified Field, of consciousness penetrating all. This state
corresponds to deep Delta brainwaves, of pure being and the experience of
ONENESS WITH ALL. This is the natual consciousness of an infant, and a person
can re-experience this state of ONENESS by going into deep meditation and
remembering his or her consciousness at this earlier age.



On the second level there is the spirit, which is the level of will,
desire and intent. This level is the fire element. It is the level of
electricity. It is a hot expansive masculine energy. This also corresponds to
Delta brainwaves, but at the higher end of the overall spectrum of 0 to 4
oscillations per second, the end that gets closer to Theta brainwaves of deep
inner thought that operate at approximately 4 to 7 ops. Will is dominant in the
older infant state.



The third is the level of the mind, which is visualization, imagination,
thought, concepts, ideas, and understanding. This corresponds to Theta
brainwaves of deep inward thought, and is the state that is dominant in
childhood.



This level is the air element. It is relaxation and lightness. It
outpictures the masculine will energy and forms a bridge to the fourth level of
cool flowing feelings, the feminine polarity of feelings, magnetism and the
water element.



The feminine level is flowing feelings, heart and emotion, the water
element and magnetism. This corresponds to Alpha brainwaves that were dominant
in adolescence, the age of flowing feeling and psychic sensitivity.



Feminine feeling energy ATTRACTS realities into form at the fifth level,
the level of manifest physical creation.





The fifth level includes sensation and physical action of expression in
the physical world of the five senses. This is the element of earth. Earth
corresponds to Beta brainwaves of the five senses, logic, and memory, the state
that is dominant in adulthood, from puberty on.



Whenever one of these levels is either omitted or out of balance, the
entire flow of energy, of creativity and manifestation is also out of balance.



Imbalance of the five elements results in spiritual, mental, emotional,
and/or physical disease.



If a person emphasizes some of the elements and neglects others,
dysfunction inevitably results.



Partly because of the danger of becoming out of balance, and thereby
harming self or other beings through over fascination with either pure being,
will, ideas, feelings, or form, the Mystics of Old veiled their teachings in
secrecy, and taught only those students who had proven their maturity, purity
and devotion to balance.



The fullness of time has now come for all of the Children of Light and
Love to manifest Heaven on Earth.



Our specific assignment, by Divine Providence, therefore, is to instruct
the Children of Light and Love to understand how these levels affect each other
and to bring into, and keep, these levels in balance, purity and harmony.



Energy flows from the akasha of PURE BEING AND ONENESS WITH ALL, through
the will, mind, feelings and finally into form. The opposite is also true,
energy flows from form, through the feelings, mind, will, and into the akasha,
or Pure Being.



The akasha, or consciousness penetrating all, can be mastered safely
through habitual invoking of The Law of One. This law should be used whenever
anything is created.



All laws come from this original law of creation.





When the Law of One is invoked, all lessor laws are overridden.



Here is The Law of One:



We are all One.

When one is harmed, all are harmed.

When one is helped, all are helped.

Therefore, in the name of who I AM, in the name of my oneness with all
there is,

with all masters, all saints, all angels, all beings,

and the Heavenly Hosts,

I ask that ONLY that which is THE HIGHEST GOOD, the highest harmony, of
ALL concerned, happen.

I give thanks that this is done.

So be it.

The Law of One is invoked with conscious intention to apply its power
during the process of manifestation, in order to ensure balance between levels.



This is a protection, so that even if you have inadvertently omitted one
or

another steps or stages-say you may have left out two-- of the levels in
the process of manifestation, perhaps feeling and sensation-omnipresent
consciousness and the heavenly hosts help fill in the gaps.

This happens because you have consciously invoked the highest good of all
concerned, The Law of One.



Once The Law One is grasped, integrated, and held 'at the ready', the next
step is to BE AWARE of inner guidance that manifests as a desire (intent) to
manifest an aspect of Heaven into reality through the divine virtues.



Then it is important to CLEARLY experience as omnipresent everywhere each
divine virtue that you are using to create this new heavenly reality. Visualize
the color of each divine virtue that you are using to enliven this new reality,
meditate on its meaning and powers, feel the feelings of each divine virtue,
and imagine their sensations, combined with breath inwardly and outwardly, using
the meditation of The Power of the Word.



Visualize and understand the meaning of the perfect outcome of the
desire IN ITS PUREST FORM, sensing its already existing presence as part of the
ONE BEING, EVERYWHERE PRESENT.



Next fill this visualization with passionate flowing feelings of the
desire being manifest in its perfect state. Ongoing flowing feelings, of the
fulfilled desire, is the stage that is often overlooked. Ongoing flowing
feelings, of the fulfilled desire, is necessary to attract it into manifestation
on the physical plane.



Finally, at the physical level, SENSE this desire as manifested into
form-sense its shape, measure, number and weight. . Sensing it gives form to
the emerging miracle, that is, it finally takes on physical dimensions as a
result of sensing in detail the intended shape, number, weight, and measure.



Since 'sensing' is a kinesthetic attunement, many who are so oriented have
an easier time doing this than perhaps conjuring up an appropriate
visualization, holding a picture of it vividly in the 'mind's eye'. But, while
all levels may not get exactly "equal time" because of any individual's
(co-creator's) natural propensity to emphasize one level over the others, the
key is to strive for balance, making sure that all levels are at least
adequately expressed.



Inner guidance may also require physical action. The act and the
physical form that the manifestation is to take depend entirely on the divine
inspiration received from inner guidance.



The physical action could be the act of painting a portrait, or creatively
building something, or writing a poem or book. It could be making an important
telephone call or conducting a business meeting, etc. Overall, the physical
level can take the form of any creative act.



As much as possible, maintaining BALANCE, clarity and purity of the four
levels is the ideal to be striven for. Remember to always pay enough attention
to all four levels.



To those whose natural strength is at the level of will and desire, care
must be taken to purify desires by meditating on Oneness with all, so that each
desire is for the highest good of all, as all are affected by everything that
happens.

"Step on a blade of grass and the universe trembles."



Also, in the case of an individual with naturally strong desires, it is
important to emphasize the other levels to achieve better balance.



Inherently strong desires are enhanced with clearer mental visualizations
and understandings, more intense ongoing flowing emotions of the desire
fulfilled, more detailed sensations of the desire manifest on the physical
plane, then congruent actions, if necessary, to bring them into balanced
manifestation on the physical.



To those who have strong intellects, care must be taken to purify ideas
through uniting individual mind with Divine Mind. Then balance is achieved by
attunement to inner guidance for spiritual will to manifest these ideas, feeling
emotions of the pure ideas manifesting, and sensing and acting in order to bring
great ideas into form.



To those who already have strong feelings, care must be taken to purify
these feelings through understanding the nature of feelings, that they must flow
and be loved unconditionally in order to stay pure and healthy, and must not be
acted out destructively, or disassociated from, if they are negative. Feeling
must be balanced with strong development of the other levels.



To those who live primarily in the physical world of actions, logic,
memory, and the five senses, attention must be given to clarify and purify the
material level.



Beauty is important in surroundings, in everything taken in through the
five senses, in food, in taste, in what is seen and heard. Memories should be
created that are beautiful and logic should be filled with the highest truth.
Then the other levels must be developed. Proportionately greater time and
emphasis needs to be put on will, intellect, and feeling.



We help each Child of Light and Love to achieve balance by using the
Power of the Word, the ancient way of uniting with the divine virtues of Divine
Consciousness in being, will, visualization and thought, in feeling, and in
sensation.



The Power of the Word develops perfect whole brain functioning using all
of the brainwave patterns.



This fourfold process of being, intent, visualization, feeling, and
sensing into form is the true utterance of The Power of the Word.



It is the royal path to manifestation.



In the ancient teachings, this fourfold process is referred to as the
'quadrapolar magnet'.



The WORD, "Let it be", MUST BE carried forth from the high vibrations of
pure being and ONENESS WITH ALL, through spirit and will, mind and
visualization, flowing healthy emotions, sensation and inspired actions into
form, with complete and balanced consciousness on all levels, in order for
Heaven to perfectly and safely manifest on Earth.

precisely mastered.

H.This letter symbolizes the Power of the Word. In fourfold whole brain
thinking, the WILL of a divine virtue is held in the pure being of Delta
brainwaves, the CONCEPT AND MEANING of a divine virtue is held in the deep
inward thought of Theta brainwaves, the FEELING of a divine virtue is held in
emotion of Alpha brainwaves, and the SENSATION, COLOR, MUSICAL NOTE, SOUND, AND
RELEVANT BODY PART is held in the five senses, memory, and logic of Beta
brainwaves.



By using this technique to utter words, each one of which is made up of
letters that have divine virtues associated with them, creativity of the highest
order occurs. The key is to perform this process first within the microcosm of
the human body, and then, through breath, in the macrocosm of the outer worlds.



The letter H has a silvery violet color, is the fire element of will and
has the sensation of warmth and fire, has the musical note of A, and is the

R. The letter R is freedom and independence and following inner guidance.
On a mental level this gives an eminent mind, and a feeling of freedom of will
and absolute security that is in complete accord with Divine Providence.



A Child of Light and Love follows sure inner guidance in creating grace,
justice, and mercy in the world. On an emotional and physical level, the virtue
of freedom and independence 'awakens ingenuity and a rational widening of
intellect, so that any knowledge can be comprehended quickly'.



The letter R is a golden color, is of the earth element and has the
sensation of weight, has the musical note of C. It is the virtue from which the
left side of the nose was created.

I. The letter I represents the law of cause and effect. By mastering this
virtue, the faculty of a perfect memory and conscience is gained. Also the
ability to control both the breath and the connection between emotion and the
physical body is gained.



Note that the astral/physical matrix is controlled by conscious breathing,
by visualization and feeling combined with the breath through intent. In the
meditations of the letters, the normal rhythm of the breath must be kept
natural, however. The impregnation of the in and out breath with visualization,
feeling, and sensation is emphasized.



The divine virtue of cause and effect, which is the karma law, is the
light opalescent virtue of letter I.



'On the mental level, the virtue of cause and effect is analogous to
memory, remembrance and conscience'.



'In the feeling body, this corresponds to the astral/physical matrix,
which is the connection between feeling and physical form, with all of its
functions'. The astral/physical matrix is controlled by conscious breathing. In
pranayama, the ancient science of breath, the rhythm of the breath is changed in
accordance with intent for various effects in addition to impregnating the
breath with visualization and feeling. The normal rhythm of the breath must be
kept natural. It is the impregnation of the in and out breath with
visualization, feeling, and sensation that is emphasized.





On the material world, everything that has shape, measure, number and
weight can be understood and mastered with this virtue.'



The color of this virtue is light opal, the musical note is G, the
element is earth so it has the sensation of weight, and the left kidney is
created by this oscillation.

Ch.This sound is the virtue of clarity and perfect purity.



Meditating on this virtue removes obscurities and 'gives the faculty of
differentiating the clear from the unclear, and to perceive and understand
everything in its purest form. On the mental level a child of God learns to
perceive and understand all the languages of the universe. On the emotional
level the faculty of understanding and practically applying rhythm in all phases
is gained. This gives power over life and death of every being in all spheres
and planes. On the physical plane all the mysteries of the water element are
mastered.'

Its color is light violet, it is the water element and has the sensation
of coolness, it has the musical note of D sharp, and is the virtue from which
the left leg of every child of God was made.
