Beloved,



'We have been appointed by Divine Providence to control the incarnation or
reincarnation of every human being. We know how long each individual must dwell
in the invisible world in order to become mature for rebirth on earth, before
going back into the school of life' (in embodiment).'

If allowed by Divine Providence, we can tell you the exact moment of anyone's
death and also the time and place of reincarnation'.



'When the soul is ready to reenter the school of life on the physical
plane, the best situation and circumstances are chosen for their advancement.'







Divine ideas, virtues, qualities, powers, and mights enter into physical
form through the divine virtue of the spiritualization of matter.



The spiritualization of matter is the virtue of letter C of 'Cermiel',
which shines with a vermillion red light to the musical note of D. This virtue
has the sensation of warmth and ease since it is a virtue of the fire element of
will and the air element of thought. The stomach is formed from it.



Divine Consciousness and Life are fully OMNIPRESENT, in all space and in
all time. Omnipresence is the divine virtue of letter E, which shines with a
deep purple light to the musical note of D. Omnipresence has the sensation of
consciousness-penetrating-all, because it is a virtue of the akashic element.
The spine is formed from it.



OMNIPRESENCE exists in the most subtle and refined state, called the
AKASHA. It is the pre-matter of all existence.



When a particular aspect of Divine Consciousness and Life wishes to move
from the akashic state and incarnate as an individual with will, mind, feeling,
and physical form, the heavenly hosts of 'Cermiel' carefully guide and
orchestrate the entire process.



It is through following inner guidance from Divine Providence that a
SpiritSoul from omnipresent Divine Consciousness and Feeling chooses to become
individualized and incarnate into form. Inner guidance is the divine virtue of
letter R, which shines with a golden light to the musical note of C. Inner
guidance has the sensation of weight or gravity, since it is a virtue of the
earth element. The left side of the nose is formed from it.



In order to enter into form, strong loving emotions and feelings, which
are the magnetic feminine force that ATTRACTS form, are generated from inner
guidance. Strong loving feelings, of having a particular physical form, and
feelings of circumstances that provide growth, attract the situation that each
soul manifests.



Feeling, loving emotion is the divine virtue of letter M, which shines
with a beautiful blue-green light to the musical note of D. Flowing feeling has
the sensation of coolness because it is a virtue of the water element. The
abdomen, seen as a hollow space, is formed from it.







It is in incarnation that the law of Cause and Effect and karma are
mastered. This is the virtue that awakens memory, conscience and remembrance
and governs breath. The Law of Cause and Effect teaches each Child of Light and
Love that every desire, thought, feeling, and sensation creates effects that
come back to the one who creates them.



Cause and Effect is the virtue of letter I of 'Cermiel' . This virtue
shines with a light opalescent light to the musical note of G. It has the
sensation of weight, since it is a virtue of the earth element. The left kidney
is formed from it.







"All things work for good."



All major events in life happen for a reason. Fate sets up causes which
mature a soul into greater Love, Wisdom, and Divine Will for the highest good of
all.



When a person goes back in memory and feeling and relives those horrible
traumatic episodes in their lives to the point of delving into their deepest
depths, they see in brilliant flashes of insight the wisdom and benefits that
these carefully orchestrated events catalyzed in their soul.



For example, suppose a young boy is exposed to humiliating physical abuse
by trusted family members. Years later, in facing painful feelings caused by
this event, the adult self remembers the original wounding event and relives it
over and over.



He realizes that childhood abuse of this nature has been passed down for
generations in his family, and that those who abused him were acting out the
abuse that they themselves had suffered at a similar age.



Both the adult self of this person and the young child self see the self
perpetuating nature of such abuse. Both selves discover compassion and
forgiveness for his family members, who themselves were unhealed victims. The
adult self and the inner child self discover the resolve to heal themselves and
break the family cycle of abuse. They also discover a deep desire to reach out
and help other victims of childhood abuse to do the same thing.



Just as a fire purifies and refines gold, so do burning emotions caused by
friction of polarity, in the experience of having a physical form, purify,
transform, and refine a soul. This friction is caused by situations that have
been attracted through past karma and intense feeling and longing for spiritual
perfection.





Because Divine Consciousness and Life are everywhere present in a most
subtle form, an incarnated soul learns to use the divine virtue of Omnipresence
to unite individual consciousness with Divine Consciousness through deep
intuition and meditation.



This is done through the virtue of omnipresence, the second letter E of
'Cermiel'.



The Delta brainwave state of pure being, 0 to 4 oscillations per second,
is dominant in infancy and is also produced effortlessly and naturally during
deep dreamless sleep.



In an incarnation in which enlightenment is realized, a person learns to
remember the infant state, and slow and deepen his or her breathing, often using
a position which straightens the spine.



Correct posture and breathing combined with one pointed intention calms
emotions into deep stillness and peace.



Busy thoughts slow and the mind becomes still.



Delta brainwaves of pure being are then produced in a consciously aware
state.



Individual consciousness and feeling become one with Divine Consciousness
and Feeling. In this state, communication with the Creator and all Creation is
experienced.



A Child of Light in this deep state of trance can then merge consciousness
with Divine Mind, or with the heavenly hosts, and receive answers to any
question concerning the karma of self or others.





Through this process of uniting individual consciousness with Divine
Consciousness, the splendor and majesty of Divine Consciousness and Life, ever
present in the element of akasha, works its way all the way through will, which
is fire, though,t which is air, feeling, which is water, and into form, which is
earth.



At this point, the original divine blueprint of every Child of Light and
Love, the blueprint of outpicturing the splendor and majesty of being a GOD or
GODDESS IN FORM, of helping to co create HEAVEN ON EARTH, manifests eternal
life.



True spiritual morality, vitality and eternal youth is gained through the
divine virtue of letter L of 'Cermiel'.



The splendor and majesty of Divine Consciousness and Life shines with a
glowing translucent olive green color to the musical note of F. It has the
sensation of ease because it is a virtue of the air element of ideas, thoughts,
and beliefs. The spleen is formed from it.

This enlightenment and immortality is the ultimate purpose and outcome of
the process of reincarnation.



As the Children of Light and Love reach this level of perfection,
reincarnation is no longer inevitable, and death is overcome.
