Beloved,





Divine Providence has given dominion over all that is created to the
Sons and Daughters of Divine Consciousness and Love for the purpose of providing
a safe and loving Paradise for all Life.



Through the divine virtues of the letters of 'Tarato', we teach
methods of controlling the weather, so that life is pleasant on Earth for all.



We inspire high inspiration which gives control over the elements,
inspiring the perfect will and feeling states that magnetically attract the
beings of the elements to create the specific form of weather desired. We
clarify understanding of the original perfect Divine blueprints of weather and
what is it supposed to be and do. We help with awakening clear inner guidance in
determining which weather is appropriate for the highest good of all concerned
in any situation. We strengthen control over holding the perfect ideas in
relaxation and ease, to give control over the beings of the air. With high
inspiration, complete ingenuity and control over the elements is assured, and
the ability to establish harmony and justice and transmute everything into its
original Divine Perfect Blueprint for the highest good of all is enlivened.



If a feeling of doubt or confusion exists when certain weather is
desired, even on a subconscious level, the emotions and intent generated will
not bring about the desired results. In such cases, we offer help to heal
negative feelings quickly through the flowing and change process with
unconditional love, so that negative feelings transform and transmute into
positive ones.



Making it rain or stop raining, sending lightning in a certain
direction, causing hail-storms, or any other type of weather; all of these
happen with the use of will and feeling brought about by High Inspiration. High
inspiration is a virtue of the fire element of will, with the sensation of heat
and expansion. It is the virtue of the first letter T of 'Tarato'.




For a Child of Divine Consciousness and Love to generate the will
and feelings necessary to control weather, this virtue of Omnipotent Will, high
inspiration, combines with wisdom, transformation, and inner guidance. With an
impeccable sense of the original divine blueprints of perfection for any
situation, and releasing whatever is no longer serving the highest good of all
concerned, success is assured.



Unambiguous intent to exercise mastery over weather must be combined
with mastery of will inspired by Divine Providence to align the elements within.
High inspiration aligns the elements of being, desire, thought, feeling, and
sensation to give corresponding mastery over the elements in the outer world.



High inspiration from Divine Consciousness and the desire for
Divine Justice and Harmony that brings success and satisfaction for all, is also
necessary. The final virtue, the ability to transmute everything through the
eyes of Love Divine, completes the procedure.



This combination of Divine Virtues gives a Child of Light and Love
the ability to have perfect command over the weather.



It is necessary to meditate on each of the divine virtues of
'Tarato', and send the intent, color, thought, feeling, and sensation of these
virtues on the out breath into the area for which the weather is being affected.



Keep the rhythm of the breath natural.



With the in breath, it is important to receive these virtues coming
in through the pores of the skin. Each virtue has a part of the physical body
that corresponds to it, and it is through the pores of the skin over this area
that the intent and feeling passes.



High inspiration is the divine virtue of letter T, and it shines
with a dark brown-black light to the musical note of F. High inspiration is a
virtue of the fire element of will, and has the sensation of warmth and
expansion. The right kidney is formed from it. With this virtue, a person
gains genius and Omnipotent Will about anything that the attention is focused
on. When thinking about weather control, this virtue awakens Omnipotent Will
that is aligned with the best course of action to take.



Wisdom and enlightenment is the divine virtue of soft A, shining
with a light blue light to the musical note of G. It has the sensation of
relaxation and ease because it is a virtue of the air element of mind and
thought. This virtue reveals the original purity of all ideas in Divine Mind,
and opens up eloquence, artistic talent, and occult faculties. It also gives
control over the spirits of the air, the Slyphs.



Wisdom and enlightenment forms the lungs of every Child of Light and
Love.



Soft A, wisdom, then opens up the divine virtue of umlaut A,ae, the
virtue of transformation into a higher state. This virtue awakens the ability
to RELEASE ANY BEING, WILL, THOUGHT, FEELING, OR PHYSICAL VALUE OR FORM, that is
no longer serving the highest good of all concerned.



This virtue gives control over passion and all negative beings. It
shines with a loamy brown light and vibrates to the musical note of C. It has
the sensation of weight because it is a virtue of the earth element. The anus
is formed from it.



With this virtue a person TRANSFORMS any spirit, or anything that is
negative, through releasing it back to Divine Providence. If there is a
passionate air spirit of a hurricane, for example, that is about to create
devastation of an entire area, this spirit is released from creating this
negative reality. Mediation on this virtue reveals that in reality THERE IS NO
DEATH, only transformation from one state into another higher state.



Following inner guidance from Divine Providence reveals the
direction to guide the hurricane mentioned above into. This is the virtue of
letter R, shining with a golden light to the musical note of C. It has the
sensation of weight, because it is a virtue of the earth element. The left side
of the nose is formed from it.



Suppose the hurricane is removing powerful negative energy from an
area and is in this way serving the highest good of all concerned. With inner
guidance a Child of Light and Love may be guided to command the spirit of the
tornado to slightly change its course, or not touch ground in a certain area,
instead of asking it to be removed altogether.



The next virtues are A and umlaut A,ae, shining with a light blue
light to the musical note of G, and a loamy brown light in the musical note of C
respectively. The first virtue opens up the original perfect Divine Blueprints
of every idea in Divine Mind for the area and situation in question, and
reaffirms control over the spirits of the air. Then the second virtue releases
for transformation whatever is no longer desired.



The divine virtue of high inspiration, the letter T, shining with a
black brown light, is again enlivened to generate Omnipotent Will, thought,
feeling, and sensation that is perfect for the situation and this is sent out on
the out breath into the area of the weather that is being affected. This virtue
confirms control over all the elements and beings of the elements.



Finally, the divine virtues of Harmony and Justice and
Transmutation, O and umlaut O,oe, are used to bring about the final perfection
of the weather. This is creating harmony and justice within, and sending it out
on the outbreath, and following this by seeing the spirits of the weather
elements through the eyes of Love Divine and awakening their original perfect
Divine Blueprints of working for the highest good of all concerned. In this
way, they perform according to the highest good of all concerned, as they were
created to do for Heaven manifesting on Earth for all.



Harmony and Justice brings success and satisfaction to all. This
virtue gives control over emotion and enlivens understanding of astrophysics and
metaphysics. It shines with an ultramarine blue light to the musical note of C.
It is an earth element with the sensation of weight. The throat is formed from
it.



Transmutation into perfection through cognition brought about by
Love Divine shines with a dark orange light to the musical note of D sharp. It
has the sensation of ethereal earth, or weight penetrating all, because it is a
virtue of the densest level of akasha, which is the element of the Unified
Field, or consciousness-penetrating-all. The ovaries and testicles are formed
from it.



In this way mastery over all the elements restores the original
perfect ideas in Divine Mind for Heaven on Earth for all life.

Note: Here is an interesting letter sent to me by one of the people
reading the message on the Angels of Weather Control, who is familiar with Yogic
teachings on this subject. This letter emphasizes to the power of love to
transmute negative conditions. I, too, have found over the years that the
spirits of the weather are very wise, and know what they are doing, and respond
very well to the Law of One and Love.



This letter also points to the importance of having Omnipotent Will
for the perfect outworking of weather [letter T], and of being in tune with the
original perfect Divine Blueprints and following inner guidance [letter R] from
Divine Providence when working with weather, especially having control over
negative beings [umlaut A, AE] and perceiving everything through the eyes of
Divine Love [umlaut O, OE], so that there is no danger in communicating with and
controlling such powerful beings. All of the divine virtues of 'T-A-R-A-T-O'

are important.





Here is his brief letter explaining his insights:




"Dear Cynthia: It is not advisable to try and interfere directly
with the
operations of the devas. A Master of Yoga may have the ability to
modify local effects, but for anyone unskilled in the ritual could
result in harm to the operator.
The quality of the energies sent out by our incorrect thoughts
and emotions have a corresponding effect on the quality of the
weather. For thousands of years mankind has been responsible, in
this
way for the type of weather. The devas do not want to produce
storms,
droughts etc., but have only such spiritual tools provided by
humanity.
The correct method for improving things, is to send the power of

Love unqualified, to the Devic Kingdom, which allows them spiritual
tools to maintain the balance of environment, in every way."
