Beloved,





The will-fire Delta brainwave constellation Aries, a constellation
of will of the infant self, receives the vibration of Divine Love from Pluto,
which represents the deeper Delta brainwave pattern of the Pure Being of Love.
Love then flows into the realm of deep inner thought, the air constellation of
Libra, which operates in the Theta brainwave region of the inner child. From
deep inner thought, love flows into feelings and emotions in the water
constellation Scorpio, operating in the Alpha brainwave pattern of the
adolescent self. From there, Divine Love enters into physical expression, in
the earth constellation Taurus, of the Beta brainwave pattern of logic, memory,
and the five senses of the adult self.



Divine Love manifests as physical reality in Taurus.



In the first degree of Taurus, the mastery of Will for Love,
gained in the previous constellation of Aries, manifests spiritual, sympathetic
and nurturing relationships with others. These are relationships that help
everyone concerned with realizing spiritual perfection and unity with Divine
Light.



Since ancient times the heavenly hosts of 'Serap' have inspired the
making of herbal waters and oils that are charged in meditation with divine
virtues, and then joined with fire, representing an attunement with Divine Will
for the highest good of all, in a ceremony.



This is done by applying spiritualized water and oils to blotter
paper and burning the paper. Water and oil are the water element, which is the
element of feeling, so this ceremony joins will and feeling to attract new
realities of Divine Love, of Spiritual Perfection, into physical manifestation.



This ancient ritual activates the ancient law, "As above, so below".




'Serap informs a child of God about the magic of sympathy which can
be realized by the element of fire, or will. The angels of Serap introduce the
practices of making an application of fluid which is impregnated with divine
virtues and applied it to blotter paper to be burnt with the longing for
spiritual perfection in the making of friends, arousing the sensations of love,
and improving the power of propagation, etc.'









The heavenly hosts of 'Serap' help with propagation, producing
feelings of unconditional maternal nurturance and bliss.



The making of friends and the arousing of the feelings of nurturing
love are enlivened through the divine virtues of 'Serap'.



All penetrating divine will for the highest good of all is the
virtue of letter S of 'Serap'. Clairvoyance and the gift of prophecy awakens
when a person aligns individual will with Divine Will for the highest good of
all concerned, both within their own microcosm and in the macrocosm. This is
accomplished by using the meditation of the Cosmic Language described in these
messages, first working within the body, from the viewpoint of being a tiny dot
in the solar plexus with the rest of the body a vast creation all around, and
then breathing this being, will, visualization, feeling, and sensation into the
outer world, wherever inner guidance directs.



All penetrating Divine Will for the highest good of all shines with
a purple red light, vibrating to the frequency of musical note of G sharp. It
enlivens the feeling of complete control over all creation. Because it is a fire
element virtue of will, it has the sensation of heat and expansion. The gall
bladder of every Child of Light is formed from it.



When a person meditates on being ONE with the omnipresence of Divine
Consciousness and Life, this meditation produces cosmic consciousness and the
awareness of Divine Virtues penetrating all.



Meditating on Divine Omnipresence enlivens the ability to
materialize Divine Virtues into form. By being aware that the Divine Virtues
ARE ALREADY PRESENT everywhere, in all beings, and all things everywhere, a
person awakens them into physical form through the use of his or her own being,
will, thought, feeling, and sensation first in the microcosm of his or her own
body, and then in the macrocosm, with the use of breath.



Omnipresence shines with a deep purple light. It is the divine
virtue of E of 'Serap'. The spine of every Child of Light is created from it.
Omnipresence vibrates to the frequency of musical note D, and has the sensation
of consciousness penetrating all.



Meditating on the freedom and independence that comes from following
inner guidance enables a Child of Light to quickly and easily absorb and
articulate knowledge. Meditating on this virtue is necessary in order for a
person to nurture others in a way that is the highest good of all concerned in
each and every situtation. Inner guidance is the divine virtue of letter R of
'Serap'.



Inner guidance shines with a golden light. It vibrates to the
frequency of the musical note C. It has the sensation of weight, because it is
a virtue of the earth element. The left side of the nose of every Child of
Light is created from it.



By meditating on wisdom and enlightenment, the virtue of A of
'Serap', a person becomes aware of the original purity of all ideas in Divine
Mind. By being one with the original purity of all ideas, one with the original
perfect blueprints of any desire, idea, feeling, or form in Creation, a person
attains wisdom and the gifts of eloquence, artistic talents, and expertise in
symbols to heal the mind.



All of the mystical faculties of clairvoyance, clairaudience etc.
come from this virtue. Control over the element of air and all beings of the
air also come from this. Wisdom shines with a light blue light and vibrates to
the frequency of musical note G. It has the sensation of ease, because it is a
virtue of the air element. The lungs of every Child of Light are formed from
Wisdom. Wisdom is the virtue of letter soft A of 'Serap'.



Whenever wisdom and enlightenment is enlivened with the light blue
light, the virtue of transformation is automatically enlivened. This is the
letter umlaut A, AE, shining with a loamy brown light. Mastery of the mysteries
of life and death, and of transformation, comes from releasing imperfect forms
of any state of being, desire, thought, feeling, or physical manifestation which
do not express the original purity of all ideas and blueprints in Divine Mind.



Umluat A vibrates to the musical note of C. It is a virtue of the
earth element and has the sensation of weight. The anus is formed from it.



In order to sublimate libido, inspire unconditional parental love,
and uplift humanity in service of spiritual perfection, a Child of Light and
Love meditates on the divine virtue of the longing for spiritual perfection. The
longing for spiritual perfection is the divine virtue of letter P of 'Serap'.



The longing for spiritual perfection exists in everything in
creation, and is the longing for unity with Divine Light. This longing for
unity with divine light shines with a dark grey light and vibrates to the
musical note B. It has the sensation of weight because it is a virtue of the
earth element. The right side of the nose of every Child of Light is formed
from this virtue.

The names of the heavenly hosts in the angel messages are correct
as given and are the vertical axis, or interdimensional divine qualities of each
being, and the cipher, or code, of these names, explained at

locations in physical space, of these beings.

Fixed Stars [which are suns] are the physical bodies for the
heads of the zone girdling the Sun, and the moon stations are the location for
the heads of the moon sphere. The heads of the zone girdling the earth are
physically located in the sun, shining through the sun's rays, a different
head domininate every 4 minutes of a 24 hour day, starting with the sunrise. In
this way they are found along the 360 degree circumference of the path of

physical locations for the beings, and Franz reveals to us their identity and
qualities.

Stejnar poses the question on his site that the names as Franz
gives them are in error, for secrecy, but the information he presents on this
site was not intended to replace what Franz has given us , but to add to it.

No master of the Light presents erroneous information. Franz
Bardon's stated purpose was to provide a clear written record of the first three
keys, the first three tarot cards, for people who sincerely wanted to master
this path. The names of the heavenly hosts are correct. There was no need to
release false names out of fear of misuse, since Franz was fully aware of the
heavenly hosts ability to protect the knowledge and guide each seeker.

Franz is fully aware of the victory of omnipresent, omnipotent,
omniscient LOVE, WILL, and WISDOM to transmute and transform all.
