Beloved,



The previous thirty degrees of the Constellation of Cancer were
initiations into the water element of feeling. These initiations attuned a
Child of Light and Love to flowing FEELINGS OF DIVINE WILL.



The thirty degrees of the Constellation of Leo are initiations into the
fire element of will, or desire and intention. In Leo, the magnetic flowing
feeling receptivity of Divine Will of Cancer is transformed into fiery electric
attunement of individual willpower to DIVINE WILLPOWER ITSELF. Leo is
individual will becoming one with omnipotent ELECTRIC CREATIVE DIVINE WILL FOR
THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL.



The Constellation of Leo vibrates with ONE INTENT of the Unified Field,
the Omnipotent Will for the highest good of all.



This is based on the original intent and LAW of all Creation, The Law of
One, the most powerful law of Divine Consciousness and Feeling.

The silvery blue light of Omnipotence, or All-Power, is a state of
almighty faith that is the strongest power imaginable.



Anyone who fully embodies this faith, will achieve a state of
manifestation in which any idea, any wish, will at once become reality in
whichever plane they desire.



Power and Will are two words that mean the same thing here, this virtue,
letter K of 'Kosem, ' is the state of all-will, because a Child of Light and
Love has united with the omnipotent first light of Divine Intent for the highest
good of all.



Individual will and desire is then an extension of Divine Will and
Desire, causing strong feelings of faith that become a tremendous
electro-magnetic power that moves over the entire ocean of consciousness and
feeling surrounding the Earth.



This electro-magnetic wave is the splendid fruit of flowing feelings
developed in the initiations of Cancer, a heart receptive to Divine Will that
is now COMBINED WITH FIERY INDIVIDUAL WILL AT ONE WITH DIVINE WILL!



Therefore, the Constellation of Leo is the sign of SOVEREIGNITY AND
CREATIVITY.



Through the ultramarine blue light of Divine Justice and Harmony, letter
O, a person becomes one with Divine Law, and uses ALLPOWER to create success and
satisfaction for everyone and everything concerned. This awakens the deep
orange light of cognition brought about by OMNIPOTENT LOVE DIVINE, the virtue of
letter umlaut O, oe, of 'Kosem'. A Child of Light and Love knows that he or she
has the power to TRANSMUTE anything into its perfect divine blueprint.



When a Child of Light and Love unites individual will with Divine Will, he
or she becomes one with the most subtle essence of Divine Spirit in all
creation. The purple red light of all-penetrating will for the highest good of
all concerned gives perfect clairvoyance, prophecy, and control over all beings.
All penetrating will power is the virtue of letter S.



Just as a leaf is ONE WITH THE ENTIRE TREE, so is an individual ONE WITH
ALL OF CREATION. The deep purple light of omnipresence, the virtue of letter E
of 'Kosem,' enables for individual consciousness and feeling to unite with
Divine Consciousness and Feeling.



All of this depends on the uniting of individual identity with ALL THAT
IS, it depends on identifying the individual self as ONE WITH ALL OF CREATION.



Leo is also the sign of the Divine Child.



In a child, intention, will, and desire, which IS THE MASCULINE PRINCIPLE
OF FIRE, is naturally aligned with Pure Being, or Oneness with Divine
Consciousness.



The combination of strong flowing feelings aligned with Divine Will,
which was perfected in Cancer, the feminine magnetic force, with individual will
aligned with Divine Omnipotent Will for the highest good of all, is
irresistible, and through this all things are possible.



A powerful flowing feeling nature that attunes to the feelings of all the
Divine Virtues, that knows how to stay clean and pure, is the virtue of letter M
of 'Kosem,' shining with blue green light. This is the virtue of change,
fluidity, the change process and magnetism. Feelings, like water, stay clear
and pure when they are allowed to flow in an atmosphere of unconditional love.
Even negative feelings, if they are allowed to flow safely, without being acted
out in a harmful way, will purify and heal and change into Divine Feelings.



When the open heart of a Child of Light and Love is flowing with feelings
of Divine Love, and the child unites his or her individual will with Divine Will
for the highest good of all, the brightness and flow of this electro-magnetic
power opens and aligns the hearts and ignites the wills of other beings for the
highest good.



This chain reaction is similar to the processes of combustion in the solar
sun.



For this reason, the Constellation of Leo is known as the Constellation of
The Sun.



When a Child of Light and Love thereby assumes dominion, he or she creates
the highest beauty on all levels of the mind, the emotions, and the physical
world for all beings.

In this way it is possible for a man or a woman to have infinite power to
profoundly guide, serve, nourish and bless the entire world.

Note: Concerning the constellation of Leo:



There are three major aspects of Divine Consciousness. They are Love,
Wisdom, and Will. The three outer planets of Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus act as
secondary suns and represent these three aspects respectively. Under each of
these three planets, there are two planets, one is a masculine/will planet and
the other is a feminine/feeling planet. Under Pluto is Mars and Venus, under
Neptune is Jupiter and Mercury, and under Uranus is Earth and Saturn.



Under each of these six planets are two constellations each, or
astrological signs, making twelve signs in all.



One of these two signs is fire, masculine/will and one is water,
feminine/feeling.



That means that there are four constellations each under Pluto/Love,
Neptune/Wisdom, and Uranus/Will.



Each of these 3 sets of four constellations represent the four elements:
Fire-[Will] and Air [ Intellect] which are masculine, and Water [Emotion] and
Earth [Form], which are feminine.



Therefore, the entire constellation of Leo represents the electrical
masculine force of fire/WILL, under the auspices of Uranus, the archetype of
DIVINE WILL. Leo's thirty degrees teach the attunement with OMNIPOTENT Divine
Will.
